This is a cry of joy, an extraordinary journey; it is the intimate and intuitive encounter of a place, an idea and a requirement. The place is the Mas de l'Euze estate, located in the Cèze valley south of the Ardèche gorges and at the Cévennes gate; shared living and working space (blacksmith / cutler, ceramist, stonemason) surrounded by several hectares of forests, meadows, glades and undergrowth. The idea is that of a cook and a gardener: to build a universe offering healthy, quality catering, produced and transformed on site in a baroque, crazy and unexpected setting, where garden and reception areas merge and are transformed according to desires, ideas, productions from the garden, invited or hosted projects. Around this cuisine, culture, art, meeting, reflection, exchange, accommodation and reception of groups, residences, internships and training. The requirement is to build and be as close as possible to the environment at our disposal, to observe with sensitivity, to choose with common sense. Sublimate shadows and lights, winds and drafts, open glades and hidden undergrowth that the site offers us. Requirement in the plate, in the methods of cultivating the garden, and in the proposals made to the public. Our project is being built here and now; at our own pace since we took the plunge, much faster if you get on board with us. work in the forest, work in the garden, wood and metal construction, phyto-purification, participation in the creation of innovative energy and environmental projects. It is in all these areas that you can help us and bring your energy and new ideas.
The workawayers will participate in the layout of the place simply and on a non-profit basis there is no for-profit process until the activity is launched.
C'est un cri de joie, un voyage extraordinaire ; c'est la rencontre intime et intuitive d'un lieu, d'une idée et d'une exigence.
Le lieu c'est le domaine du Mas de l'Euze, situé dans la vallée de la Cèze au sud des gorges de l'Ardèche et a la porte des Cévennes ; espace de vie et de travail partagé ( forgeron/ coutelier, céramiste, tailleur de pierres) entouré de plusieurs hectares de forêts, de prairies, de clairières et de sous-bois.
L'idée c'est celle d'un cuisinier et d'un jardinier : construire un univers proposant une restauration saine, de qualité, produite et transformée sur place dans un cadre baroque, fou et inattendu, où jardin et espaces d'accueil fusionnent et se transforment au gré des envies, des idées,des productions du jardin, des projets invités ou accueillis.
Autour de cette cuisine, la culture, l'art, la rencontre, la réflexion, l'échange, l'hébergement et l'accueil de groupes, de résidences, de stages et de formation.
L'exigence c'est construire et s'inscrire au plus près de l'environnement dont nous disposons, observer avec sensibilité, choisir avec bon-sens. Sublimer ombres et lumières, vents et courants d'air, clairières ouvertes et sous-bois dérobés que nous offre le site.
Exigence dans l'assiette, dans les modes de cultures du jardin, et dans les propositions faites au public.
Se construit ici et maintenant ; à notre rythme depuis que l'on s'est jeté à l'eau, beaucoup plus vite si vous embarquez avec nous. travail en foret , travail au jardin, construction bois et métal, phyto-épuration, participation a la création de projet innovant en matière d'énergie et d'environnement. C'est dans tous ces domaines que vous pourrez nous aider et apporterez votre énergie et vos idées neuves.
Les workawayers participeront à l'aménagement du lieu simplement et dans un but non lucratif il n'y a aucune démarche à but lucratif jusqu'au lancement de l'activité..

You will be able to discover the cuisine with a chef formerly a stonemason, but also the work of metal with a blacksmith cutler, and the work of ceramics with a ceramist and his technique of sigillated earth, while discovering our forest according to its species.
Vous pourrez découvrir la cuisine auprès d'un chef cuisinier anciennement tailleur de pierre , mais aussi le travail du metal auprès d'un forgeron coutelier, et le travail de la céramique auprès d'un céramiste et sa technique de terre sigillée, tout en découvrant notre foret au grés de ses essences.
The workawayers will participate in the construction of an eco village; the establishment of a guinguette in the forest, with the help of the natural agricultural garden, and the transformation on site to contribute to the restoration of the guinguette
