Hello!
We are a Rural Repopulation and Community Living project located between the border of Castellón and Teruel.
During the spring of 2025, there will be about 10 of us living together: 6 adults between 30 and 40 years old, and 4 children from 0 to 4 years old.
Our ideological pillars are:
• Respectful parenting,
• Community life,
• Work and personal and spiritual growth,
• Food and energy sovereignty,
• Bio-construction and permaculture with the use of local (local) materials and potentialities.
Our work focuses:
• Little school,
• Work on personal and spiritual growth,
• Work-Bioconstruction with local materials (wood, stone, earth and lime),
• Vegetable patch,
• Renewable energy.
We are located within a valley where a small river lives. The forest that surrounds us is made of Junipers, Sabinas, Holm Oaks, Elms and Pines, with magical views and places. Due to the proximity to the river and its geographical position, the area is quite humid.
We are not alone in the valley. If you follow the river further down there are other projects by people who have decided to live in the mountains (the closest is a 10-minute walk away). We all know each other, we form a small network.
We have the garden in front of the house and we get the drinking water from a spring in the mountains.
We currently have some chickens, two cats (Lucio and Kiwi) and a dog (Llop). We treat animals with care and respect, they are part of the family.
Pets are welcome! Although the adaptation period must be notified and accompanied so that they get along well with the family animals. We ask for responsibility and commitment to the management of animals.
The village was abandoned about 50 years ago. It has many ruins to rehabilitate, but currently we only have a few habitable spaces. We have two spaces for individual use and one for shared use, although we hope to have more space soon.
Visitors will work 4 hours/day for 5 days a week, but always with flexibility. The tasks will mainly be:
• Child care: be with the little ones, offering quality activities and time with them.
• Maintenance: cooking for everyone, organizing and cleaning spaces, caring for and feeding the animals.
• Forest management: forest cleaning and firewood management, pruning of trees and bushes, rehabilitation of fallen dry walls.
• Construction and Bio-construction: removing debris from ruins, raising walls, working with wood for roofs and mezzanines.
• Garden: preparation of land for planting, care of the terraces already planted, collection and management of vegetables and other foodstuffs, composting.
The sleeping place is a shared room, and you could also sleep in a tent, depending on the season.
We have access to internet via satellite.
The nearest town is 20 minutes away by car, since the arrival road is a forest track.
We are looking for people to come who want to learn and teach, both in the professional or material sphere and in the personal or spiritual sphere. We would like to find people who want to join the community, with more children. We want the family to grow.

Somos un proyecto de Repoblación Rural y Vida en Comunidad situados entre en la frontera de Castellón y Teruel.
Durante la primavera del 2025 seremos unas 10 personas conviviendo: 6 adultos de entre 30 y 40 años, y 4 peques de 0 a 4 años.
Nuestros pilares ideológicos son:
• La crianza respetuosa,
• La vida en comunidad,
• Trabajo y crecimiento personal y espiritual,
• Soberanía alimentaria y energética,
• Bio-construcción y permacultura con el uso de materiales i potencialidades de proximidad (locales).
Nuestros focos de trabajo:
• Escuelita,
• Trabajo en crecimiento personal y espiritual,
• Obra-Bioconstrucción con materiales locales (madera, piedra, tierra y cal),
• Huerto,
• Energías renovables.
Estamos situados dentro de un valle en el que habita un pequeño rio. El bosque que nos rodea es de Enebros, Sabinas, Encinas, Olmos y Pinos, con unas vistas y parajes mágicos. Debido a la cercanía con el rio y a su posición geográfica, la zona es bastante húmeda.
No estamos solos en el valle. Si se sigue el rio más abajo hay otros proyectos de gente que ha decidido vivir en las montañas (el más cercano está a 10 min andando). Todos nos conocemos, formamos una pequeña red.
La huerta la tenemos delante de casa y el agua para beber la cogemos de un manantial de entre las montañas.
Actualmente tenemos algunas gallinas, dos gatos (Lucio y Kiwi) y un perro (Llop). Tratamos a los animales con cuidado y respeto, forman parte de la familia.
¡Los animales de compañía son bienvenidos! Aunque hay que avisar y acompañar el periodo de adaptación para que se lleven bien con los animales de la familia. Pedimos responsabilidad y compromiso con la gestión de los animales.
La aldea fue abandonada hará unos 50 años. Dispone de muchas ruinas por rehabilitar, pero actualmente solo disponemos de pocos espacios habitables. Tenemos dos espacios de uso individual y uno de uso compartido, aunque esperamos disponer de más espacio en poco tiempo.
Las visitas trabajarán 4h/día durante 5 días de la semana, pero siempre con flexibilidad. Las tares serán principalmente:
• Cuidado peques: estar con los peques ofreciendo actividades y tiempo con ellos de calidad.
• Mantenimiento: cocinar para todas, ordenar y limpiar espacios, cuidar y alimentar a los animales.
• Gestión forestal: limpieza del bosque y gestión leña, poda de árboles y arbustos, rehabilitación de muros secos caídos.
• Obra y Bio-construcción: sacar escombros de las ruinas, levantar paredes, trabajar la madera para tejados y entresuelos.
• Huerta: preparación de terrenos para plantar, cuidado de los bancales ya plantados, recogida y gestión de hortalizas y demás comestibles, realización de compostaje.
El lugar de dormir es habitación compartida, y también se podría dormir en tienda de campaña, según la época.
Disponemos de acceso a internet vía satélite.
El pueblo más cercano está a 20min en coche, ya que la carretera de llegada es pista forestal.
Buscamos que venga gente que quiera aprender y enseñar, tanto en el ámbito profesional o material como en el personal o espiritual. Nos gustaría encontrar personas que quieran unirse a la comunidad, con más peques. Queremos que la familia crezca.

Unterkunft
Depending on the people who visit the space and the time they are there (less than 1 week), a shared room in a stone house can be offered (1 or 2 people). In case there are more people or for a longer time, there is the possibility of living in a quality tent, with everything you need, in the immediate vicinity of the place (very close to the houses, the river, the countryside, etc.). We continue working and building to be able to offer quality interior spaces, however it is not possible right now.
We have a common outdoor space where workwayers can take whatever they need at any time (coffee, fruit, tea, etc.). We prepare breakfast (at 8 a.m.), lunch (at 2 p.m.) and dinner (at 9 p.m.) for them.
En función de las personas que visiten el espacio y del tiempo que esten (menos de 1 semana) puede ofrecerse una habitación compartida en casa de piedra (1 o 2 personas). En caso de ser más personas o durante más tiempo, existe la posibilidad de habitar una tienda de campaña de calidad, con todo lo necesario, en las inmediaciones del lugar (muy cerca de las casas, del rio, del campo, etc). Seguimos trabajando y contruyendo para poder ofrecer espacios interiores de calidad, no obstante no es posible ahora mismo.
Disponemos de un espacio exterior común donde los workwayers pueden tomar lo que necesiten en cualquier momento (café, fruta, infusiones, etc).

El entorno ofrece posibilidades paradisiacas:
1º Visita de otros 4 proyectos parecidos en las inmediaciones a una distancia de entre 5 i 30 min andando.
2º Cercania a un rio de calidad que posee pozas que permiten el baño (a 2 min de las casas).
3º Paseos por una montaña y bosque precioso de carrasca, pinos, enebros y sabinas.
4º Posibilidad de visitar con vehiculo pequeños pueblos de montaña de las provincias de Castellón y Teruel (Nogueruelas, Cortes de Arenoso, Fuentes de Rubielos, Rubielos de Mora, Olba) con alto contenido turístico e histórico.
