  I have a one-bedroom apartment available, I would like to help people so they can stay for a few days or wait for their next flight for a few days; In this way I can practice to improve my level of English. I live in the city of Lima, in the Bellavista - Callao district, it is a central location, 10 minutes from the airport, access to markets, avenues, shopping centers, restaurants, shops, clinics. Close to the Center of Lima, the Callao beaches, and 10 minutes from the Costa Verde, where you can find most of Lima's beaches and you can practice sports (running, walk, surf, and other) also visit all the districts of Lima.
  
  
  Cuento con un apartamento de una habitación disponible, me gustaría ayudar a las personas para que se puedan hospedar por unos días o esperar su próximo vuelo unos dias; de esta forma practicar para mejorar mi nivel de inglés. Vivo en la ciudad de Lima, en el distrito de Bellavista - Callao, es un lugar céntrico, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, acceso a mercados, avenidas, centro comerciales, restaurantes, tiendas, clínicas. Cerca al Centro de Lima, a las playas Callao, y a 10 minutos de la Costa Verde, donde encuentran la mayoría de playas de Lima y puedes practicar algunos deportes (caminar, correr, surf y otros) también recorrer todos los distritos de Lima.

  The apartment is located 10 minutes from the airport, it is a safe area, in Callao you can find interesting places with a lot of history and you can enjoy its beaches. In 10 minutes you can reach the expressway called Costa Verde where you can quickly travel to all the districts of Lima, you can also walk, cycle or surf. You have access to public transportation to any part of Lima.
  Entry is until 10:00 pm. Other people are not allowed to enter. Some additional activity can be coordinated.
  
  El departamento se encuentra ubicado a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, es una zona segura, en el Callao puedes encontrar lugares interesantes con mucha historia y puedes disfrutar de sus playas. A 10 minutos puedes llegar a la vía rápida llamada Costa Verde donde te puedes desplazar de forma rápida a todos los distritos de Lima, además pueden recorrerlo caminando, hacer ciclismo o surf. Se tiene acceso a transporte público para cualquier parte de Lima.
  El ingreso es hasta 10:00 pm. No se permite el ingreso de otras personas. Alguna actividad adicional se puede coordinar.
