Beschreibung
My name is Anna-Carin. I am 51 years old, I am a High school teacher, a KundaliniYoga Teacher, I am ovo vegetarian, and I love to dance. I love to travel, and have been a workawayer myself in Spain.
I have been handed over an old farm with some forest from my father as he had a stroke and a heart surgery. I have gotten a lot of maintenance on my hands and I really need help!
The stay here is helping me with restauration and maintenance of the cultural heritage from my ansestors who build this timber buildinngs with their hands 200 years ago. The stay here will be mostly out-doors, and you will have the opportunity of learning new skills if you dont already have them. You will meet my awesome friends, and welcome to dance with us if you would like - or would like to learn. I live by the forest so here you will find peace an quiet, yet close to the city Sundsvall, 10 minutes by car. The closest trainstation is 5 minutes away, the bigger in Sundsvall is 15 minutes, and 10 minutes to airport.
I would love if you would like to teach me how to grow vegetables.
There will be no business help involved, this is for my private property.

With me you can practise your conversation in english or swedish. I love to dance so feel free to join me to dance if you like. I also do the cold plunges in the mornings in a lake close by - so welcome to join in that:)
There is beautiful nature here and a lot of cultural happenings during summer. I will do my best to show you nice places and to see the surroundings, you ou are very welcome to join in in activities with me and my wonderful friends such as hikes, sauna, bon fire and more.

I need help with mixed things such as painting timber lodges built 200 years ago by my ansestors, some wood work, also some forest work such as - planting trees, and work with clearing saw.

I live right beside the forest on an old farm, but still it is only 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall, a medium sized city of 130 000 people.
Concerning preventing the spread of Bed Bugs!
In recent years, due to the increased spread of bed bugs, my family and I have a mandatory routine we always follow when we come home from travelling. This is a precautionary measure. On the one hand, an accommodation can be infected, but it can also be as simple as bed bugs spreading between bags in public transport.
I should have informed you about this earlier, but simply forgot, I am very sorry for that.
I have studied how to prevent an infestation, so our routine is simple but effective as follows;
Immediately when we arrive home, we change into clean clothes, and put all other clothes in the washing machine and wash immediately. All bags and toiletries are emptied outside the house and the bags are either stored outside in a storage room if it is below zero degrees, alternatively we freeze the bags for a week in a freezer.
I understand if at first glance you think this is an excessive procedure, but I can guarantee that when you see my old log house and all the gaps in the plank floors and walls, etc. that you will understand that it would be impossible to ever fight and get rid of the bed bugs with for them thousands of hiding places in our buildings. This would be fatal for us.
I hope it is with understanding and positivity that you are happy to participate in this precautionary routine, and together we make an effort to stop a possible spread of bed bugs?!
