  Hello workawayers!
  
  A great opportunity to explore the world of teaching and learning .
  
  I am running an institute dedicated to provide education to young people in Hala who don't have access to professional, creative and practical skills. The goal of the institute is to develop creativity and to help youngsters to explore different professions and find their passion eventually earn from those passion of theirs.
  
  Our institute is a social enterprise where we charge very nominal fees so that poor children in the local area can benefit from quality education without the usual costs attached. We currently have five paid employees at the institute, including an operations manager, marketing manager, admin officer and computer operator, all of them help with teaching in their respective fields.
  
  I'm also running a business which produces organic food from our family farm, including dairy products, mangoes, mustard, onions, etc.... Our farm have more than 40 employees.
  
  We are based in Hala which is one of the oldest city in Sindh with rich history and culture.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  Workawayers can learn a lot from our different courses (they can have a look at our course list to see if any appeal to them), and they can learn agricultural farming, cattle farming ,meditation and artwork. Our city is famous for making handmade furniture, pottery and Ajrak, so workawayers can learn that as well.

  Arbeit

  we need workawayers to share their knowledge of how we can increase the income of the institute as its getting hard to manage the finances of the institute without any funding and support, they can help us start our food delivery system, and start our local bakery from the institute , or anything that can generate income so we can pay the pending bills of the institute , other than this, we are right now focuse on teaching language to our students so we prefer spanish, french but not limited to these , organic farming and ideas related to agriculture, hydroponics, Parma culture and traditional farming. currently We have 2 projects that we are working on. One is our institute where we teach our local community in different disciplines, so work awayers can help us with teaching or anything that they know and can benefit our students , we believe every human can teach other at least something. second is our organic farm where we produce organic foods and products. At the farm, workawayers can help with making cheese or any product we can sell in the market , agricultural farming, cattle farming and gardening can be a help too. we are also working on constructing 100% natural farm for workawayers made with all natural stuff so we need multiple ideas regarding how we can build it to be more sustainable. we want to have that farm specifically for workawayers who want to live all natural life without having any un natural thing around. we have a lot of opportunities which we can explain work awayers when they arrive and with that help we want some earnings so we can make this institute self sustainable and a beautiful place for workawayers as well. our biggest problem right now is maintaining the institute's expenses as we are not funded by anyone and the project is very versatile and need alot of finances to run everyday expenses, so we request workawayers to help us keep this institute going and the also should be focused on how they can help us to generate income for the institute.

  We teach English at our institute, so we would love having native English speakers, or those with a good command of English that would be happy to help our students with conversational English practice. We would also be more than happy to help workawayers that are interested in learning or practicing Sindhi Urdu or English. we are currently looking for people who can teach Spanish and French.

  Unterkunft

  We have a separate guest house for workawayers The guest house has 3 rooms and a private kitchen but its a concrete and normal house when we have 3 or less workawayers we provide private room but when we have more than 3 workawayers, rooms are shared we have plenty of mattresses and bedding so you just need to accept room sharing . eco farm is under construction we would require help to complete it, we are trying to complete it as soon as possible but due to limited funds the eco farm is taking long to complete.
  
  We have plenty of food we have fresh vegetables available at the institute every now and then, we keep them restocking , we have a very upgraded kitchen with all utensils and ovens , we prefer vegetables and would call our institute vegetarian, we try to make meal for our workawayers but due to work load we cannot cook all meals so workawyers are welcome to cook and teach their food to our students at the institute , otherwise they have their private kitchen at the guest house where they will be provided with all the stuff they need and they can make food as they want to make it.
  
  We are not expecting any charges , in-fact we are offering invitation letters to all of the work awayers who are planning to come to us.

  During their time off, we can take workawayers to different workshops in our city, we can take them to our agricultural and organic farm, we have a small fresh water pool for summers and bonfires for winters. The mighty Indus River flows close by which is amazing and beautiful , and makes for the most beautiful spot for sunset and sunrise. Boat rides along the river are also available. There are also ancient historical sites nearby that can be visited (Indus Valley civilization dates back to around 3000 BC). our homeland and specially our city is very safe , but due to police department is very concerned about safety of foreigners keeping foreign relations in mind they prefer workawayers go out with the host only and we hope workawayers can understand the situation. as we are very hospitable by our culture and we treat our workawayers as guests so we try to treat them like a family. so we would make sure we take our guest every place we can, and we have really amazing places around. students at the institute are very warm and loving so they quickly develop very strong bond with all workawayers. so you definitely feel like you are at home.
