Beschreibung
We are a registered charity in the south of Ireland. We take in injured or orphaned native Irish species and help rehabilitate them and get them back to the wild. This is intesive hard work but very rewarding knowing your are helping these animals get a second chance at life.

Depending on your enthusiasm and interest for the work, we are happy to dedicate time in training you in husbandry techniques that will involve critical care of animals and injury/wound care. Access to all stages of rehabilitation of wildlife from intake to release.
Arbeit
Tasks: cleaning cages, preparing species specific food, tidying/organising, laundry, restocking. Some animal handling, this is kept to a minimum to keep the animals wild prior to be returned to the wild.
We do have a local veterinary nurse onsite 6 days a week and enthusiastic dedicated individuals will be welcome to learn how to care for injuries and carry out certain husbandry tasks.
