  Hi, my name is Kalangwa. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering but set out my heart to serve the orphaned and needy children through education in Kyamagwa village, Jinja district, Uganda. Together with my partner who is a former workawayer and a professional photographer back in Germany established a primary school that is currently giving education to about 360 pupils.
  
  Our school is focused on empowering our children beyond the basic academia but also tapping into their physical abilities, spiritual and emotional life and inspiring them to reach their full potential. In some sense, we can not achieve this without you that is reading our story, your being a part of our journey is so much dear to us.
  
  Through our partner organizations in Germany, we have been able to have a number of facilities granted but we at times run short of the human resource that has the expertise to execute certain academic and co-curricular activities. With this platform, we look out to volunteers that are passionate about children-related projects to join us.
  
  Activities range from teaching normal classroom lessons (English, Mathematics, Science, Social studies, Fine Art) to teaching co-curricular lessons like (chess, table tennis or ping pong, scrabble, ballet dance and piano, physical education) to skills like tailoring and beading.
