Beschreibung
We are a small community on the countryside in the area of “Hoher Fläming”, about 100 km southwest of Berlin. We are 5 adults (35 to 50) and 4 kids (5 to 16) on our property. We grow vegetables, herbs and flowers. We have 3 ducks, one cat and some chicken to live with us.
We live in a little village (around 150 people), the next little town (Bad Belzig) with shopping possibilities, Cinema and Hospital is 12 km away. We have a car and also prefer to use bikes. There are also busses going to the town but you need to be flexible with your plans.

Wonderful nature. Trails and footpaths, also good for biking.
Nearby the small city Bad Belzig with thermal bath, an old castle, cinema, restaurants and shopping-possibilities.
The people in this area are inspiring and open-minded, since a lot of artists and communities settled in this area.
It´s lovely to live here, making new friends and getting inspired by the interesting cultural offers here from Rock-Concerts to mantra-singing, from thermal bath to sweat lodges, wolf-tracking and much more...
Arbeit
Wanting to inspire our guests with a creative and sustainable life we will let you participate in several projects:
Growing and prepering, conserving own food.
You can learn caring about the chicken, vegetables and herbs in the garden and enjoying spending time in Nature.
We try to produce an amount of food ourselves. Therefore we need helping hands with weeding, caring and harvesting in the garden, conserve food for the winter, which also means a lot of help in the kitchen in harvesting time. Help to look after the fruit trees.
The barn and other buildings need handy hands and help with repairing and constructing stuff and sometimes projects can get quite physical.
Someday you might need to help with housekeeping. There is often need for chopping wood. Construction, cooking, maintenance of community spaces, anything else we can come up with.

Unterkunft
Accommodation will be in a simple but nice old-timer caravan in our garden, you will use the outdoor-kitchen, compost toilet and outdoor-shower. The living and facilities is very simple, you should love to be outside.

You can make walks and trail-running in the large woods or explore the region with the bike.
We can enjoy evenings at the campfire. And there will be days when you spend your time on your own, you should be independent and feel happy with yourself also.
Occasionally there are local events in the area, like f.e. concerts, dance evenings.
