  My name is Christine, 4 years ago, I left everything in Belgium to come and live here in the mountains 2KM from a small white village between Malaga and Ronda (Andalusia). Since then, my 2 dogs and my 3 cats, my great neighbors, have been my Spanish family but I cannot forget this village spirit which is also part of this caring family feeling. Exchanges, mutual aid, proximity, kindness and smiles are part of everyday life. Without forgetting the numerous activities and small weekly concerts in the authentic bars of this nice, active village full of diverse, original, artistic initiatives. The place (finca) where I live has a quite special energy and atmosphere. We feel good there and it is a joy to live there peacefully and simply in front of a scene made up of mountains and nature. Go hiking in the Sierra Nieves or dive into the rivers to cool off... It's just delicious.
  
  Je m'appelle Christine, il y a 4 ans, j'ai tout quitté en Belgique pour venir viivre ici dans la montagne à 2KM d'un petit village blanc entre Malaga et Ronda (Andalousie). Depuis, mes 2chiens et mes 3 chats, mes super voisins, sont ma famille espagnole mais je ne peux oublier cet esprit du village qui fait également partie de ce sentiment familial bienveillant. Les échanges, l'entraide, la proximité, la gentillesse et les sourires font partie du quotidien.
  Sans oublier les nombreuses activités et petits concerts hebdomadaires dans les bars authentiques de ce chouette village actif et rempli d'initiatives diverses, originales,artistiques.
  
  L'endroit (finca) où j'habite a une énergie et une ambiance assez particulières. On s'y sent bien et c'est un bonheur d'y vivre paisiblement et simplement devant un tableau composé de montagnes et de nature.
  Partir faire des randonnées dans la Sierra Nieves ou plonger dans les rios pour se rafraîchir... C'est juste délicieux.

  Honestly, the place I am offering you is very special. it is truly a source of peace and renewal.... I want to leave you the surprise and not reveal everything because everyone will have their own feeling while living here. I want to keep this simple side where preserving natural values and deploying human values are important. Having training in personal development, I like to share my skills and the audacity to make projects or get out of my comfort zone to live my real life. I hope to also be able to share your experiences in order to mutually enrich our learning. The village is also a really nice and lively place. It's worth stopping there for a drink and feeling the energy of these people simply happy to be together. they are welcoming and open if you wish to meet them. They are really adorable.
  
  Sincèrement, le lieu que je vous propose est très particulier. il est vraiment source de paix et ressourcement.... j'ai envie de vous laisser la surprise et ne pas tout dévoiler car chacun aura son propre ressenti en vivant ici.
  
  Je souhaite lui garder ce côté simple où conserver les valeurs naturelles et déployer les valeurs humaines sont importantes.
  
  Ayant des formations dans le développement personnel, coach de formation, j'aime partager mes compétences et l'audace de faire des projets ou sortir de sa zone de confort pour vivre sa Vraie Vie. Je partage également mes compétences dans l'aménagement, la construction, la décoration et à un niveau différent, mes méditations quotidiennes et spirituelles.
  
  J'espère pouvoir aussi partager vos expériences afin de s'enrichir mutuellement de nos apprentissages.
  
  Le village est aussi vraiment un endroit super sympa et bien animé. Il mérite de s'y attarder pour boire un verre et ressentir l'énergie de ces gens simplement heureux d'être ensemble. ils sont accueillants et ouverts si vous souhaiter aller à leur rencontre.

  The project I would like to share now is to develop a neighboring property that I was lucky enough to acquire.
  A place similar to the one where I live, same energy, same gentle way of life, rejuvenating.
  This place would aim to host in the future, courses in personal development, artistic, musical, or others.... if life allows me. It aims to be an ideal place to find values ​​and one's own values. Everything will therefore be oriented in this direction with an exchange of ideas, skills and energies.
  I myself have already built a house and developed the one where I currently live to be able to share my skills with you. And if this is not the case, I will call on outside people who will teach us the techniques we need. Concretely, here is what the "finca" is made of:
  It consists of a wooden house already well furnished and 2 other small solid buildings in which there is a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
  Everything is scattered on a plot of land with small paths, plants and shrubs that need to be refreshed. As a gift, a small pond with fish and frogs that sing at night.
  I would also like to continue using paint to decorate the chalet, the bedrooms, the exteriors and make quite original decorations that are also part of my skills to share.
  The accommodations are really nice but need some work such as redoing a kitchen (with the help of a professional), changing water heaters, insulating or changing doors, painting, decoration, ... all of this is possible to share with the help of professionals, or with our skills.
  
  So there is work for people who either have green fingers and for those who have skills in renovation, decoration, ... but above all, who are not afraid to embark on projects where we share our ideas. Last year, with the help of a friend, I built a wooden terrace of more than 100 m2. We had little experience, but by grouping them together and getting a little information, the project was born and we are so proud to have succeeded. This is what I propose to you... to set up a place where everyone will have made their contribution and will perhaps come back to recharge their batteries in the future.
  
  I can accommodate 3 people, who may or may not know each other, who would have their independence to sleep thanks to the 3 buildings but should share a common kitchen. As for food, I propose to offer you the food for the meals, but to prepare them yourselves to give you more freedom and autonomy. Of course, we will have barbecues and other friendly moments together, but given the climate, everyone may have a different rhythm.
  
  I suggest you come and help me arrange this new little nest in exchange for accommodation and food.
  
  If you have a means of transport it is better, if not, there are always solutions.

  Le projet que j'aimerais partager maintenant est d'aménager une propriété voisine que j'ai eu la chance d'acquérir.
  Un lieu ressemblant à celui où je vis, même énergie, même douceur de vivre, ressourçante.
  Cet endroit aurait pour but d'accueillir dans le futur, des stages en développement personnel, artistique, musical, ou autres.... si la vie me le permet. Il se veut être un endroit idéal pour retrouver les valeurs et ses propres valeurs. Tout sera donc orienté dans ce sens avec un échange des idées, des compétences et des énergies.
  J'ai moi-même déjà construit une maison et aménagé celle où j'habite actuellement pour pouvoir vous partager mes compétences. Et si ce n'est pas le cas, je ferai appel à des personnes extérieures qui nous enseigneront les techniques dont nous avons besoin. Concrètement, voici de quoi est fait la "finca" :
  Celle-ci se compose d'une maison en bois déjà bien aménagée et 2 autres petits bâtiments en durs dans lesquels se dispensent une cuisine 2 chambres et une salle de bain.
  Le tout est dispersé sur un terrain avec petits chemins, plantes et arbustes qu'il faudrait rafraîchir. En cadeau, une petite marre avec poissons et grenouilles qui chantent la nuit.
  J'aimerais également continuer à utiliser la peinture pour décorer le chalet, les chambres, les extérieurs et faire des décos assez originales qui font parties également des mes compétences à partager.
  Les logements sont vraiment sympas mais méritent quelques travaux comme par exemple refaire une cuisine (avec l'aide d'un professionnel), changer des chauffes-eaux, isoler ou changer des portes,.peintures, déco,... tout cela est possible de partager avec l'aide de professionnels, soit avec nos compétences.
  
  Il y a donc du travail pour des personnes qui ont soit la main verte et pour ceux qui ont des compétences dans la rénovation, la décoration,... mais surtout, qui n'ont pas peur de se lancer dans des projets où nous partageons nos idées. L'an dernier, j'ai construit avec l'aide d'un ami, une terrasse en bois de plus de 100 m2. Nous n'avions que peu d'expérience, mais en les regroupant et en s'informant un peu, le projet a vu le jour et nous en sommes trop fiers d'y être arrivés. C'est ce que je vous propose... mettre en place un endroit où chacun aura mis sa pierre à l'édifice et y reviendra peut-être pour s'en ressourcer dans le futur.
  
  Je peux accueillir 3 personnes, qui se connaissent ou pas, qui auraient leur indépendance pour dormir grâce aux 3 bâtiments mais devraient partager une cuisine commune. Au niveau nourriture, je vous propose de vous offrir les aliments pour les repas, mais de les confectionner vous-mêmes pour vous laisser plus de liberté et autonomie. Bien sûr, nous aurons des barbecues et autres moments conviviaux ensembles, mais vu le climat, chacun a peut-être un rythme différent.
  
  Je vous propose de venir m'aider à arranger ce nouveau petit nid en échange du logement et de la nourriture.
  
  Si vous avez un moyen de locomotion c'est mieux, si pas, il y a toujours des solutions.

  If you want to travel to Malaga, Ronda or another larger city, there is a bus 2 km away. For walks, there is a way to leave directly from the house and get lost as much as you want. In summer, there is a swimming pool in the village, accessible to the public but also, very popular rivers for days of walks/picnics/diving in fresh water. There is also a group in the village offering carpooling... also great for meeting people. And depending on the occasion, the organization, the moment, I can also share my little carriage. Concerning some small rules of life: I prefer people who do not smoke and who like to enjoy alcoholic drinks in moderation. Drought being the current big problem in Andalusia, please consume the little water we have by respecting certain ways of using or recovering it. Do not light candles, make fires, smoke, etc. Here, a fire happens so quickly... it is the fear of every Andalusian. Electricity is also provided by photovoltaic panels, I suggest you manage it as best as possible. Playing music, dancing, singing, board games, are welcome and without moderation with respect for everyone. Working with a smile, coming up with good ideas and having a laugh are the main rules.
  
  Si vous souhaitez vous déplacer pour aller à Malaga, Ronda ou autre ville plus importante, il y a un bus à 2 km.
  
  Pour les balades, il y a moyen de partir directement de la maison et vous perdre autant que vous voulez.
  
  Il y a en été, une piscine dans le village, accessible au public mais aussi, des rios fort appréciés pour des journées balades/picnic/plongette en eau douce.
  
  Il existe aussi un groupe dans le village proposant du covoiturage... chouette aussi pour faire des connaissances.
  
  Et suivant les occasions, l'organisation, le moment, je peux également partager mon petit carrosse.
  
  Concernant quelques petite règles de vie :
  Je préfère des personnes qui ne fument pas et qui aiment profiter des boissons alcoolisées avec modération.
  La sécheresse étant le gros problème actuel en Andalousie, merci de consommer le peu d'eau que nous avons en respectant certaines manières de l'utiliser ou de la récupérer.
  Ne pas allumer de bougies, faire de feu, fumer, ... Ici, un incendie est tellement vite arrivé.... c'est la peur de tout andalou.
  L'électricité est également fournie par des panneaux photovoltaïques, je vous propose de la gérer au mieux.
  Jouer de la musique, danser, chanter, les jeux de sociétés, sont les bienvenus et sans modération dans le respect de chacun.
  Travailler avec le sourire, proposer de bonnes idées et rigoler sont les règles principales.

I just ask that you clean up the little droppings that might be lying on the path, even if it brings good luck to trample on them. Or to repair it, if they did something stupid.. Tout les animaux sont les bienvenus si ils sont sociables et non fugueurs car rien n'est clôturé. Cependant, il n'y a pas de route principale à proximité. Les miens vivent "en liberté" également. Je demande juste de nettoyer les petites crottes qui traîneraient sur le chemin même si cela porte bonheur de les piétiner. Ou de réparer, si ils ont fait des bêtises....
