Beschreibung
Live in our farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany, near Cortona. Two dogs and two cats. There is a lovely big swimming pool with a shady veranda, sunbeds, and shades. Enjoy star gazing at night – we have no light pollution. We are 1.5 km walking distance from 2 coffee bars, food market, 2 restaurants, pizzeria, beauty salon, hairdresser, hardware store. You can walk, run or bike for miles on our country lanes. We are in the countryside but only 5 km from the bustling historic town of Cortona. There may be self catering rental guests at the property but Workawayers will not be asked to help with any projects relating to paying guests or the areas used by them.

You can experience life in Italy and especially Tuscany and learn some Italian while house-sitting and looking after our pets. There are lots of local events during the season.
Arbeit
We are looking for House-sitters / Dog-sitters who love animals for help with feeding, grooming, playing with and walking our dogs and cats. We also need help to water the pot plants that don't have irrigators.
There are self catering rental guests at the property but Workawayers will not be asked to help with any profitable projects relating to the paying guests or the areas used by them.

Unterkunft
A large farmhouse near Cortona, Tuscany, Italy with beautiful gardens. You will have your own bedroom in the main house with a bathroom (occasionally shared). You'll be part of the family or house-sitting when we are not there. Meals are shared except when we are away when we will leave the fridge stocked and some cash for you to cook for yourselves.

Great opportunity to travel around Tuscany. The train station is not too far. You can borrow the car occasionally (manual transmission).
