  I am a linguist and a mother of two cute active curious boys. We are based in Pamplona > Navarra > Spain. It’s a wonderful place to be, especially when you have some free time and when you are interested in Spain, Spanish culture/history, arts, architecture, language…
  I have a full-time job as a researcher at the University that is difficult to combine with raising two kids. I am researching unstudied languages (and scripts) of Africa (and the world).
  I am looking for help in the house, playing with the kids while educating them, cooking (and some cleaning). I offer accommodation in return.
  I am looking for a responsible and fun person of any age, gender, race, language(s) etc. who loves kids and sharing their passions/interests/hobbies with them.
  I want my kids to learn curiosity, respect, and love for the world, and to learn to live with people of different cultures.

  Travellers will get a free housing and food in a picturesque city of Pamplona, Navarra, Spain, with the possibility to discover the city, its history, arts, architecture, nature around (there are many possibilities for hiking). They will have a possibility to learn Spanish (or other languages spoken in my house if they are interested). They will also learn to take care of the kids if they desire to acquire this experience :)

  Ayuda

  I am looking for help in the house, playing with the kids while educating them, cleaning/cooking. I am looking for a responsible and fun person of any age, gender, race, language(s) etc. who loves kids and sharing their passions/interests/hobbies with them.
  My elder son (8 years old) goes to school. The duties are to bring him to/ from school and to/from activities after school (chess, sports, etc).
  My baby (born in June 2023) is mostly at home, mostly breastfed. Nanny’s duty would be to play with him when he is not breastfed or sleeping, speaking different languages.
  “Having fun” would be playing with the kids, singing/dancing/playing musical instruments or sports, hiking/walking, cycling... cooking together :P
  Most importantly, I want the nanny to teach my kids a different way of thinking/looking at things, curiosity, respect, tolerance, love for the world, peace.

  Alojamiento

  I live in a flat with three rooms, two bathrooms, and a common living-room. The nanny will sleep in a room and have access to the living-room.
  We will share the meals. We are not picky, we like cuisine of any country, and we have no allergies or specific food requirements.

  Helpers are welcome to use their time off to discover the city or its surroundings, travel to the Basque country if they wish (for the sea/beach – when the weather permits 😊), learn Spanish and/or Basque, participate in the bull run during the Festival of San Fermin if they wish (), or protest against the bull run instead – they are free to use their time as they wish. They could also (re-)read Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises that was inspired in part by Hemingway’s experiences at the San Fermin Festival.
