I'm Dmitry, 49yo, living in tropics on my sailboat.
Wanted neat helpers:
- a cook (also shopping, and keeping the boat clean)
- a handyman for projects: carpentry (power tools), mechanic (diesel engine, outboard motor, bicycle, etc), electric (DC\AC)

If you are interested I can teach you how to sail. in the afternoon I do sailing classes for my students on Sunfish sailing dinghy. For my helpers discount half price.

After lunch we sail, chill, swim, ride, explore arounds. My guests are free to use my bicycle and ocean kayak.
In the evening, join us to watch the sunset, have a drink and get to know the community, make new friends and, if you are interested, become a crew member on a sailboat to continue exploring the world - cruisers generally like to have a crew. Some of my guests have made it to different sides of the Caribbean.
In the morning, feel free to join our group to practice Vipassana meditation

If you have boat-specific skills like general maintenance, mechanic, electric, some carpentry then you're very welcome.
Usually, a handyman helps me after breakfast till lunch (Mon-Fri), 3-5hrs a day. Another person cooks 2-3 meals a day, shops 2 times a week, cleaning usually takes half hour a day.
Also, in your request please mention:
- your contact (Telegram, FB, insta, WA)
- capacity of your backpack.
Looking for tidy crew members only. Everything that has been used, tools, utensils etc, also the working area must be clean afterward. If neatness is not part of your comfort, I am sure you can easily find another host.

I was on the boat for 18 days, taking the sunfish out most days and learning how to sail it. Dimitri was always there to answer questions, to tell us stories and make us laugh! I felt comfortable on the boat right away and absolutely loved my time there!

Synda made easy friends with my other guests, quickly learned to sail and operate a motorized dinghy, helped me a lot with shopping, cooking, taking care of the boat she lived in, and once she told me she knew power tools and carpentry, it sounded like a nice tune. it's always hard to me finding a real handyman for my boating projects, but I was very lucky to have Oscar. It was a wonderful time. I didn't have to explain what to do or how to do it, I just showed the problem and Oscar just fixed it.

So... its gonna be difficult to express about our expirience in english, was Very difficult decided to go away. Dmytri has a big big heart and he support as like we meet for years working together. we felt really lucky to meet him; always was generous and predisposed to help when we need. The best workawayers to me so far. For 3 weeks guys just renewed my boat. They're hard workers and learn quickly. Martin helped me out with diesel engine, electric, carpentry, Micaela cleaned everything and cooked every single day for us and even my other guests.
I'd like them to stay longer.

First of all I've to say that Bastiaan and Mie changed their plans because I asked them to come and help. Fortunately they both are sailors, they helped me a lot on my boat and cooked for us daily. Another thing that we had such a great time together, lovely conversations y cerveza. Wish you all the best guys. Miss you

We helped Dmitry get he's boat ready to sell for about 4 weeks. In this time we slept on the boat which we had for ourselves. We had the weekends off, in this time Dmitry showed us a load of local things and experiences that were all amazing!
We worked around 3 hours a day as we also made 3 meals a day for us and Dmitry.

Dmitry is a very interesting, kind and generous person and gave me a lot of freedom. I stayed for a week and I worked every day for approximately 2 hours. I could choose my work independently, I mainly cooked on board and cleaned the kitchen and the boat from inside. Since Jelena arrived she was helping me a lot: shopping cooking cleaning etc. She managed all that by herself, just give her a freedom.
And yes, we had nice conversations every day.
