I'm Dmitry, 49yo, living in tropics on my sailboat.
Wanted neat helpers:
- a cook (also shopping, and keeping the boat clean)
- a handyman for projects: carpentry (power tools), mechanic (diesel engine, outboard motor, bicycle, etc), electric (DC\AC)

If you are interested I can teach you how to sail. in the afternoon I do sailing classes for my students on Sunfish sailing dinghy. For my helpers discount half price.

After lunch we sail, chill, swim, ride, explore arounds. My guests are free to use my bicycle and ocean kayak.
In the evening, join us to watch the sunset, have a drink and get to know the community, make new friends and, if you are interested, become a crew member on a sailboat to continue exploring the world - cruisers generally like to have a crew. Some of my guests have made it to different sides of the Caribbean.
In the morning, feel free to join our group to practice Vipassana meditation

If you have boat-specific skills like general maintenance, mechanic, electric, some carpentry then you're very welcome.
Usually, a handyman helps me after breakfast till lunch (Mon-Fri), 3-5hrs a day. Another person cooks 2-3 meals a day, shops 2 times a week, cleaning usually takes half an hour a day.
Looking for neat crew members only. Everything that has been used, tools, utensils etc, also the working area must be clean afterward. If neatness is not part of your comfort, I am sure you can easily find another host. So in your request please mention:
- your contact (Telegram, FB, IG, WA)
- when is convenient for you to make a video call
- capacity of your backpack.

There are 3 cabins on the boat: you can stay in the central saloon or the forward private cabin, I live in the aft cabin.

Great time on Dimitri's boat!
I was on the boat for 18 days, taking the sunfish out most days and learning how to sail it. Dimitri was always there to answer questions, to tell us stories and make us laugh! I felt comfortable on the boat right away and absolutely loved my time there!

Synda made easy friends with my other guests, quickly learned to sail and operate a motorized dinghy, helped me a lot with shopping, cooking, taking care of the boat she lived in, and once she told me she knew power tools and carpentry, it sounded like a nice tune. it's always hard to me finding a real handyman for my boating projects, but I was very lucky to have Oscar. It was a wonderful time. I didn't have to explain what to do or how to do it, I just showed the problem and Oscar just fixed it.

First of all, I felt very comfortable with Avory and enjoyed his presence. He fixed things on my boat that I gave up to fix, and he's never done these boat-specific jobs before, he's very motivated to learn.
I wish Avery would have stayed here longer. It was hard to say goodbye.

The best workawayers to me so far. For 3 weeks guys just renewed my boat. They're hard workers and learn quickly. Martin helped me out with diesel engine, electric, carpentry, Micaela cleaned everything and cooked every single day for us and even my other guests.
I'd like them to stay longer.

First of all I've to say that Bastiaan and Mie changed their plans because I asked them to come and help. Fortunately they both are sailors, they helped me a lot on my boat and cooked for us daily. We helped Dmitry get he's boat ready to sell for about 4 weeks. In this time we slept on the boat which we had for ourselves. We had the weekends off, in this time Dmitry showed us a load of local things and experiences that were all amazing!

Dmitry is a very interesting, kind and generous person and gave me a lot of freedom. I stayed for a week and I worked every day for approximately 2 hours. Since Jelena arrived she was helping me a lot: shopping cooking cleaning etc. She managed all that by herself, just give her a freedom.
