  # 🌿 Peaceful Project 30 MINS away from Antigua Guatemala! (1 Person Max)
  We are looking for a proactive, calm, and highly communicative volunteer (solo travelers only)** to help us with our pets and home in a small, beautiful, safe and relax town named Sumpango 30 mins away from antigua Guatemala.
  
  ### 🚫 Golden Rules (Strict & Non-Negotiable)
  * **Solo Travelers Only:** The space is exclusively for **one volunteer**. We cannot host couples or pairs because the bed is a single size.
  
  * **Tenant Priority:** We have long-term paying tenants living in the house. They are customers receiving a service, so **they always take preference**. We expect a respectful, harmonious environment completely free of conflict or drama.
  
  * **Zero Substance Policy:** Absolutely no drugs, smoking, or alcohol (including beer) anywhere on the property. No exceptions.
  
  * **No Food in Bedrooms:** Eating inside the bedrooms is strictly prohibited to keep the space clean and avoid pests.
  
  * **Housekeeping Day:** Our housekeeper cleans all bedrooms and bathrooms every Friday. It is mandatory to open your room for her—this is completely non-negotiable.
  
  ### 🐾 Your Tasks (3 Hours/Day - from Monday to Friday. Flexible Agenda!)
  You will have plenty of free time to explore and visit places! We just need your help with:
  
  * **Pet Care:** Feeding, walking, and cleaning up after our dogs (Capu and Rumilda) and our cat Dobby.
  
  * **Chicken Coop:** Feeding the hens and rooster, and cleaning their coop twice a week (or every Saturday).
  
  * **Overnight Presence:** Sleeping at the house is a must. Lock the main gate every night and turn the lights off those that are not automated. If you plan to travel on your days off, please let us know in advance.
  
  * **Great Communication:** Always call or message immediately if any issue or circumstance arises, please USE WHATSAPP for communication.
  You need to clean and wash what you use, keep the kitchen clean.
  
  ### 🏡 What We Offer
  * Private bedroom with a single bed, closet, and private restroom.
  * Hot water and fast internet (50 Mbps Wifi).
  * Access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, living room, dining area, TV and laundry machine.
  * Full security with perimeter cameras.
  
  * *Note: Meals are not included.**
  Justo for a special occasion as a reward for DIY duties.
  
  We appreciate a stay of **2 to 4 weeks** (flexible for more or less time depending on how things go).
  
  You need to clean and wash what you use.

  There is a lot of places you can visit from here, for example Antigua Guatemala is just 30 mins away, San Lucas Sacatepéquez is closer and we can practice English, Germán, Italian, Chinese and Spanish of course. By the moment we will be here and we can share some stories, if the opportunity shows, maybe we can take you for a ride.

  - Sleep in the place,
  - Turn the lights on and off,
  - Fertilize plants, chop off the small grass.
  - Call if any circumstance shows and keep the commons areas clean.
  - Clean chicken coop
  - Feed our fury friends as described in the description.
  - Help with painting, some DIY, water and clean important plants.
  - Clean and wash what you use, keep the common areas clean.

  The place has a quite area, it is in the middle of the woods, nothing can interrupt. nice place for digital nomads.

  We have a small square with grass, like 22 meters free space, they can park and take care of the space and our house is next to it, and the duties are the same as: - mowing - Looking after pets (cleaning after dog and cat's sand boxes, feed them, SHOWER THEM, clean pets area. - scrapping walls - painting walls after scrapp the walls - cleaning house once every week

  Nice street puppy dog, rescued lovely and growing up

  

  Iroh (9 años)

  The king of the house.
  He is an indoor cat, but he likes to walk outside with supervision. Loves to eat and lay on the floor.

  

  Dobbie (3 años)

  Adopted cat, she just appeared from nowhere, really small but full with a love and ready to share it. She loves to be petted and fed.

  

  Cappuccino (8 años)

  Adopted dog, so warm and really calm dog. Tall and reliable, kinda far he needs more walking.
