  Hello, I am Nicolette and I live and work here with my Workawayers people and we have many friends that come and visit us to enjoy the place . I am a successful social entrepreneur, that comes up with new inventions or businesses all the time !
  I live in the the smallest house that we have on the property together with Frommel, the Cuddling Killer Cat and Nada the Shy Shadow Cat .
  Furthermore there is Federico, our Italian manager, who manage the houses and property we rent out for holidays stays and business meetings, then there are also Sean, Eve and Axl from Ireland, all of them found me via this website in 2022 😁 and they never left . We also have a new entry Nicolas from Argentina that is staying with us 2/3 times per year for 1/2 months .
  Here , no day is the same, there is a relaxed vibe, we have fun and sometimes we organize nice parties and bbq !
  
  Sean, Eve and Axl should leave us around June 2024 and for this reason we are looking for new Workawayers ( better if you want to stay longer with us and if you have projects, ideas and if you have an entrepreneurial mind you will find many connections through our place ! )
  
  Come help us out with building, we are insulating the hay barn with raw sheep wool, there's a lot of work to be done . Next to that, there is plenty of other things that you could help us with, depending on your skills and your preferences such us cooking and taking care of the food avoiding waste, keeping all the time tidy and clean all the Workawayers living/working spaces, gardening, house keeping and maintenance and much more .
  
  More clear for the coming weeks : we need someone who is good in woodwork and someone who helps cleaning the houses ( You are not going to work by yourself, we do a team work here ! ) . We also have a large veggie garden who needs love and attention . From May we are receiving a Bee hive so we need help with that as well .
  
  So at this point you should have understood our place is full of activities and projects ! For any questions please write us and introduce yourself then Federico will be in touch with you for a video chat .
  
  We'll be happy to welcome you in our place and introduce you our reality made of wonderful and interesting people that often stay with us like guests, friends and even animals .
  
  We are not far from Amsterdam and Utrecht ( you can easily reach many other cities and towns, in the Netherlands everything is close by ! Ahhhh ), Breukelen train station is 10 minutes by bike from our place .
  
  We have 2 caravans and 3 tents ( with good normal mattresses ) 😁.
  
  In the past Workaway emails ended up in my spam folder so that is why I have such a bad reply score ! Please forgive me if I don't and I didn't react immediately .
  
  Be aware that we host people for a minimum of 14 days and we would like to have people that will leave a positive signs in our place and hearts, people that will be always more that welcome to back to stay with us 😊 Thanks !

  We share our place with inspiring friends . It’s a fantastic place to meet new people from different walks of life, be inspired and increase your international network . Especially for a Workawayer who is entrepreneurial, this would be a fantastic opportunity !
  We try to keep the stress out from our place so we organize all the works in the way that everyone has to be happy with the right work to do and with the right free time !
  We will share with you the beautiful places that you could visit in the Netherlands meanwhile you are staying with us .

  We would especially need help with our wool project and the renovation of the Hay Barn and for the housekeeping, but there are way more possibilities, like the vegetable garden and in general the garden, keeping tidy and clean all the communal spaces, we have always new projects, so let's see what's going to happen !

  We have 2 caravans and 3 tends . You can shower in the communal bathroom that you will find in the communal kitchen that we built just for the Workawayers . The food and drinks are never a problem here !
  ( We would love to have a food lover that can organize the meals and avoid waste of food ! )
  We have 2 Jacuzzi and 2 Saunas that you can use when we don't have guests/clients in the houses .
  The same for the houses when we don't have guests you can organize yourself to stay in the house, Federico will tell you when the next guests are coming over !
  The place offers enough opportunities to withdraw yourself in case you want some me-time .

  We live in the typical Dutch countryside in the middle of a beautiful nature with canals, farms and villages .
  You can swim or fishing in the water around our house, make campfire and have long nights playing music in the garden together with our friends .
  We live very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht . You can use the bike to go to the Breukelen train station ( 10 minutes biking and 30 minutes walking ) . From Breukelen train station it takes 30 minutes to reach Amsterdam and 12 minutes to reach Utrecht .
  If you like biking and walking it is full of opportunities around our place .
