  Eco-friendly reception and training center, managed according to the principles of permaculture
  
  My name is Damien,
  I am developing a permaculture project in Ariège, this place used to be holiday's house from my family.
  Now changing to an eco-place.
  From 7 years, I am developing this place to be a nice place for living , holiday, workshop, event... while taking care of our environment (humans, plant and animal)
  
  Here there is allready, veggie garden , Orchard, forest garden , solar shower , wood workshop... And many project keep coming ;)
  
  We have also an association (nonprofit organization) with a friend and we make here the best kombucha you ever test :)
  
  I like to work with wood for construction, play with plant and trees. Also like to have mindful lifestyle, eat and prepar good organic food, love doing acro yoga, make kombucha and contact dance !
  
  Winter 2025
  -Revive the vegetable garden ( semi - planting ...)
  - finish the green house with water system
  - Care for fruit trees
  - Make wood floor in the living room
  - Moving some wood
  - Organizing some place
  - Painting the solar shower
  
  We will start every week with a circle, open place to say how we feel, welcome new comers, talk about what will happen this week, who want to do what...
  Also we will use community tools to make life fluid , nice and happy while taking care of each other :)

  Eco-lieu d'accueil et de stages, géré selon les principes de la permaculture
  
  Salut, je suis Damien et je développe un projet permacole en Ariège, au "Moulin de Dun" où je réside depuis 5 ans.
  Ce lieu, qui était une maison de vacances pour ma famille, se transforme petit à petit en un éco-lieu d'accueil paisible et dynamique au sein d'un charmant village.
  Plusieurs étapes de transition ont eu lieu ces dernières années au Moulin : vie collective et associative, colocation, accueil d'événements, de stages, organisation chantiers participatifs, constructions et aménagements divers, plantations d'un verger, création d'espaces forêt nourricière et jardin potager...
  
  
  Je fais de mon mieux pour appliquer les principes de la permaculture sur ce lieu comme dans mon quotidien, en mettant de la conscience et de la joie dans mes actions !
  Je fais beaucoup de construction en bois et touche à tout ce qui concerne de près ou de loin l'éco-construction .
  Avec un ami nous avons une association avec laquelle nous produisons du délicieux kombucha sur le lieu.
  J'aime l'acro yoga, l'escalade, la danse. J'adore manger et préparer de la bonne nourriture vivante !

  Remettre en état le potager (semi-plantations…)
  Finir la serre avec le système d’eau
  Prendre soin des arbres fruitiers
  Faire un plancher en bois dans le salon
  Déplacer du bois
  Organiser certains espaces
  Peindre la douche solaire

  You will sleep in a nice caravan !

  Full Organic food Mainly local and from the garden.
  Vegan food + eggs from the chickens we will take care or local egg
  Often Raw food for lunch and more cooked food for the evening.
  I will provide veggies /fruits /cereal / legumes /seasoning
  
  Super nice shared kitchen in a veranda, sun shower in a geodesic dome, swimming pool, yoga space, access to the river ...
  Everything you need to be happy :)
  
  We will work together 4-5 Hours a day 5 day a week

  You can go to the river or the swimming pool in the garden.
  Go to hike direct from here or go to the Pyrenees by car . Many events going on during the summer . ( Mima / zartendouc / le Jardin extraordinaire ...)
  Also many bal Trad , acro yoga,contact improvisation dance, football ...
  
  And we can also create what we want !!
