You are welcome at my house near Pokhara.
Too much noise and people in Pokhara? We are located in the beautiful and quiet methlang village. Our place is called sandhya chakra farm, just 3-4 km from Pokhara - a 1 hour walk from lakeside.
I offer 2 separate rooms in my house, on the first floor and second floor. My house is simple and you can experience real rural village life. We are a close-knit family of five. My husband and I live with our 8-year-old daughter, our 3-month-old baby boy, and my caring mother. Together, we run a small farm where we share responsibilities and enjoy a simple, peaceful life. Our home is full of love, laughter, and warm hospitality.
Neighbours come to visit often.
We have common bathroom . We live here more natural way. Using stream and rain water, growing different vegetables. We have Buffalo. If you like to experience authentic Nepali life then you are welcome.

We welcome volunteers to experience the authentic Nepali lifestyle by staying with our family and participating in daily farm activities. This is a cultural exchange where volunteers will learn about Nepali farming, language, and traditional cooking.
Volunteers will help care for farm animals, work in the garden, and contribute to our greenhouse project. The work is light, requiring only 2-3 hours per day, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are completely free for rest, exploration, or personal activities.
To ensure flexibility and comfort, we offer two meal options: volunteers can contribute $5 per day for shared meals, or they are welcome to buy and prepare their own food.
This is a great opportunity for those who want to immerse themselves in Nepali culture, learn new skills, and enjoy a peaceful rural setting while contributing to our small farm.

We are growing here seasonal vegetables such everyday day we care animals bufflo,help to cut grass and carring grass at farm,we cook in our food in fire ,that why volunteers help to bring wood ,digging our field to plant to seasonal vegetables in our farm ,we plant our garden some plant other also there are, mustard, corn, millet, beans ,
If you like you can also participate in vegetable farming activities.

We have two separate rooms for volunteers on the first and second floor of our house . There is power and wifi , we have a common bathroom which you will share with our family. There is a shower with cold water.

There are lots of hiking opportunities nearby our farm,for example to the sarangkot view point where you can see the beautiful annapuran range other viewpoints of lake and city .other adventurous activities to do in the area are paragliding ,ziplining or gondola .in pokhara you can visit the world peace pagoda and Fewa lake.
If you are interested in making a trekking ,i can be your trekking guide. I can also assist you when making plans andgive you advise about trekking.Feel free to ask me any questions.
