Hi there! We are Nicolas and Ivelina, we met 3 years ago in Barcelona, and have been exploring together ever since :)

A few words about us:
Nico is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since a young age, he´s been passionate about exploring the world and connecting with different cultures. His travels have taken him through Southeast Asia, and he´s also lived and worked in Copenhagen, Denmark. He loves discovering new places, meeting people, and learning through real-life experience.

He enjoys cooking, spending time with animals, and working with his hands—whether it’s fixing something, building, or helping out with practical tasks. He´s a quick learner, creative, and always eager to get involved. Nico speaks fluent English, and he´s a native Spanish speaker.

I´m Ivelina, and I´m from Bulgaria. For the past years, I´ve been working as an English and Spanish teacher - I have a strong passion for languages, nature, and sustainable living. I have a degree in Web Design and some experience as a massage therapist. I´m also deeply into yoga and healthy, sustainable lifestyle. I love connecting with people and different cultures.

Together, we’re excited to contribute our energy, skills, and open minds to meaningful projects through Workaway—especially those connected to nature, permaculture, and community life. We´re also enthusiastic to learn more about eco-farming and sustainable building practices.
