I'm Aaron ,Our hostel in heart of George Town, Penang. In our hostel we have 3 workers now included myself, me in the role of hostel manager and we have staff for the housekeeper and receptionist.
I already have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry, but as I don't have enough capacity to do all the things myself, I need some helping hands to get everything ready and up and running smooth.
We're looking for people who can stay for minimum two weeks, help out mainly with reception duties and socializing with guests and helping around the house.
We also welcome artists that could make our place like a little more cozy playing music etc.

You will assign to a capsule dormitory with a lot of privacy.
We provide 1 meal most days here and you can cook in our kitchen as well. We have complete kitchen here for prepare food

Our hostel is located in heart of the town, all helpers will have plenty of time to enjoy the famous variety of food in Penang, as well as the street art in Georgetown, historical sites, beaches, temples, nightlife and so much more!

The work was really well communicated and explained to all the volunteers. It was definitely tiring but something I loved doing! The hostel is such a lovely place to stay. And I loved Penang!

The jostel itself is very clean and well parted. The cabins are big enough, so within the two weeks of our stay we didn’t feel a need of more space.
