  I've taken on the task of rescuing a church from abandonment and transforming it into a home.
  
  For this restoration, I prioritize the use of eco-friendly or recycled materials along with ancient techniques. I've been dedicated to this project for several years now and have completed a good portion of the renovation work. However, a little help to finish up would be greatly appreciated.
  
  The tasks at hand are varied, ranging from lime, clay, or plaster coatings to carpentry, painting, gardening, and arrangement. There's plenty to keep you busy, believe me!
  
  This old church is located in a charming village of 700 inhabitants, close to the Somme river, making it perfect for bike rides or hikes.
  
  For accommodation, I have a large, detached house with 3 bedrooms and all the necessary comforts. I've decorated it in the style of the 70s and it has a giant screen and a ping pong table, a large garden, an organic orchard, beehives, a barbecue... and so on. It is normally available to rent on the internet.
  
  Within this environment, you'll have the opportunity to meet my donkey, observe my two beehives, enjoy my orchard, and share daily life with my cats.
  
  Furthermore, I take pleasure in cooking the classics of French gastronomy, and you'll have the chance to taste my specialties.
  
  I'm seeking a cultural exchange and hope to improve my English as well as other languages.

  J'ai entrepris de sauver une église de l'abandon et de la transformer en habitation.
  
  Pour cette restauration, je privilégie l'utilisation de matériaux écologiques ou recyclés ainsi que des techniques anciennes. Je me suis investi dans ce projet depuis plusieurs années déjà et ai accompli une bonne partie des travaux de rénovation. Cependant, un petit coup de main pour terminer serait grandement apprécié.
  
  Les tâches à réaliser sont variées, allant des enduits à la chaux, à l'argile, ou au plâtre, en passant par les joints, la peinture, le jardinage, la menuiserie, la charpente, et l'agencement. Les possibilités de contribution sont diverses, offrant ainsi une expérience enrichissante et plaisante.
  
  Cette ancienne église est située dans un charmant village de 700 habitants, à proximité de la rivière de la Somme. L'endroit est idéal pour les balades à vélo ou les randonnées.
  
  Pour l'hébergement, je mets à disposition une grande maison indépendante de la mienne, comportant 3 chambres et offrant tout le confort nécessaire. J'ai tout décoré dans le style années 70 et il y a un écran géant et une table de ping pong, un grand jardin, un verger biologique, des ruches, un barbecue...etc. Elle est normalement en location sur internet.
  
  Au sein de cet environnement, vous aurez l'occasion de rencontrer mon âne, d'observer mes deux ruches, de profiter de mon verger et de partager le quotidien avec mes chats.
  
  De plus, je prends plaisir à cuisiner les classiques de la gastronomie française, et vous aurez la chance de déguster mes spécialités.
  
  Je suis à la recherche d'un échange culturel et souhaite améliorer mon anglais ainsi que d'autres langues.

  There's plenty of room to fit several vans and to equip it with water and electricity. I have a portable toilet and a house to accommodate travellers.

  I sometimes work with lime in the church and I'm afraid it could harm it. We'll have to leave it in the garden if we're working with lime.
