We are a family run eco- retreat, equal parts expat and indigenous. We provide comfortable accommodations in the thick of nature, and deliciously prepared meals with local ingredients. People flock to us for a unique Caribbean experience, lush nature and vibrant reef.

Workawayers will benefit from the exchange by engaging with the rich bio-diversity on the property, including our beautiful reef, ocean toys, and 55 acres of jungle! They will enjoy the calm, inclusive environment we've created and leave feeling as though they have extended their family, by making new friends with our guests from all over the world. Workawayers will also gain experience in a unique niche market of the tourist industry.
Ajuda
We are looking a couple with some life experience, outgoing personalities, and resourcefulness to help with guest management at our off-grid eco-retreat.
Primary tasks:
-Greet and show guests around the property when they arrive
-Organize tours, activities, and boat trips
-Accompany guests on short walks around the property and jungle
-Generally be available to chat up our guests, address issues, and communicate any issues to owners
-Help organize and supervise bioluminescent swimmers
-Maintain water sports equipment
-Opening up and closing down the Reef Center in the morning and evening
We (owners) recently had a baby and if you love this place and the fit is right, we'd like to hand over these responsibilities on a longer term basis.

This is an amazing place. It is like a paradise. Very quiet and beautiful. You can see there dolphins every day, often slots and breathtaking underwater life anytime you like to. After a while we forgot that the rest of the world is even exiting. If you will be lucky to come to this place you will never forget it!
