I have an old cottage in the heritage town of Lismore there is lots to do here including nature walks , fishing , kayaking and stunning views . I am hoping with your help we can do some tasks around the house and get the garden up to a good standard.
I am hoping to also learn about your culture and are fully committed to making your stay here enjoyable.
Workawayers will only be asked to help with personal projects and won't be asked to help with any tasks relating to any kind of profitable activities. -

I was only there for one week at the end of my Ireland trip, but I had a very good experience. Eric and his partner were so nice, and his dog Guinness is adorable (he stole my cheese from the kitchen counter 😂). Even though the work was challenging, it was really fun. We had planned our stay with Eric almost 1 year in advance. We got back in touch a few weeks before our stay and everything was fine. But Eric had a family emergency and cancelled the stay 10 days before our arrival. We had to reorganise our trip to Ireland as a matter of urgency.

Damian and Sol are a great couple, they came to me initially for two weeks but ended up staying over 4 months in that time they done task assigned to them and even helped on days off if a job needed doing, they got on excellent with others and they will have no problem fitting into any household and I would highly recommend them :)

Eric is an excellent guy, funny and makes you feel at home, The work is very easy and you have plenty of time in the afternoons and on your days off to visit the local area and the pub and go for walks beside the river and nature trails with other workawayers. Lismore is beaut. Erick runs a just and well oiled machine. The fridge/press is consistently fully stocked. House always in good shape.

My 3 week workaway with Eric was great, Lismore is a very beautiful village with some walks near the river and very well located if you want to explore the region by bus! The work itself is very simple, you will have free time to discover the surroundings.
And Eric is a very nice host who will not hesitate to welcome you and take you to the Pub!

Eric is a really nice host, his house is welcoming and he gave us excellent advice to visit the city but also to organise the next of our trip. The work is easy and small, we worked most of the time the morning and had free time in the afternoon. His house is close the town so we can move freely by ourself.
