Descrição
Retired restaurant couple with 100 acre lifestyle property situated on the banks of beautiful Tinana creek. We are close to 4 beach side towns plus Hervey Bay (Australia's Whale watch capital) Queensland's Heritage City Maryborough, Tin Can Bay where you can feed the dolphins and Heritage listed Fraser Island. We breed cattle and have a large rare fruit orchard. We enjoy company, entertaining, cooking, music, fishing and our garden. We produce most of our own fruit, vegetables and meat. (No vegetarians or smokers thank you)
We have chickens, quiet cows and an abundance of wildlife. There always seems to be something to do in our rare fruit orchard. We have a large area fenced off to protect critically endangered trees and black button quail which were found here and a native animal habitat,
Our home is relaxed and friendly with all meals provided and visitors included in all social activities. We have a 5 bedroom, air-conditioned modern brick home with wide verandahs all around with entertainment area. The house is surrounded by established lawns and gardens with beautiful views over the surrounding bush.
We have a great lifestyle in a beautiful area. Come share the experience with us.Tipos de ajuda e oportunidades de aprendizado

Enjoy the rural lifestyle of Australia.
Help with English and understanding Australian culture whilst exploring local areas and Queenslands Heritage City Maryborough. A look into the past with wonderful old restored buildings and the rich cultural history of Queenslands first port and settler point of entry in 1859.
Maryborough is the home of the author of Mary Poppins and her original home still exists and is on the towns tourist trail with Maryborough leading the way with giant history murals on the sides of buildings.
Experience beautiful clear starry nights, amazing sunsets and wake up to the sounds of birds singing.
We will assist with transport to places of interest and provide local maps and tourist information.Ajuda
Pruning and mulching the Orchard.
General maintenance in the garden and home. Help with feeding the animals.
Working outside is a major part of what we do and on very hot days we like to split the work into morning and afternoon shifts to avoid the worst part of the day but we are flexible if you have something planned.Idiomas
