We are a married couple with two children of 11 and 15 years of age, living in a town 20 minutes away from Madrid.
It's a quiet town of 50000 inhabitants, with many parks and sports facilities.
We like eating well and cooking all sorts of food. We sometimes drink some wine with moderation accompanying the lunch or dinner). And we love movies and there is a cinema room in the second floor of our house (120" screen and 5.1 sound system).
We have a swimming pool and a patio where we have dinner (barbacue and salads...) in spring and summer. Besides we could take you to visit the nearby touristic places (there are many close to our city): castles, cathedrals, historic buildings and also the National Park of Guadarrama (mountains to the north of Madrid). We love movies and have a cinema room in the second floor of our house.
Tres Cantos is also very well communicated with Madrid by the public transportation system. You can find videos in youtube if you seach "Tres Cantos Madrid".

We want our children to improve their english and french but you would also have the opportunity of learning spanish because many people here do not speak english. We would help you as much as possible.

We are currently looking for a volunteer to help us with child care and teaching English or French (my son and daughter are attending trilingual high-school and school. They have a higher level in english, but french is also important for us.
We expect two to fours hours of help a day (depending on the day), five days a week (monday to friday).
Normally it means taking the girl to school in the morning (so taking her to school at 09:00, picking her up at school at 16:00 monday to friday, going back home and spending some time with them talking and playing or doing homework.
So you would have the weekends for your activities.

You would have a nice room on the 2nd floor with a TV and a 135 cm x 180 cm bed. There is also a bathroom only for you. The house is big so that you would always have the choice to be with us and our friends and visitors or relax alone.
With our family, you can come by yourself, live independent, but it doesn't mean being alone, only when you want to, because we love chatting and doing all kind of activities and games. We would welcome you into our family and would love to make you feel part of it.
Please keep in mind that we are a non smoking family and appreciate clean and tidy visitors.
We have in the house computers, tablets, big screen TV, Home Cinema, .... technology everywhere.
But we also love going out to the parks, countryside, ...
