Hey there! I´m Susi and I´m a teacher for kids with special needs. Befor I start full-time working next year, I would like to gain a lot of personal experience abroad.
Through my profession, I am very interested in the inclusion of people with disabilities and also in working with people in general.
I grew up on a farm. So I love nature and farming and am very open to talking about it and helping out on a farm and in the garden. I also enjoy cooking and taking care of the household. I also like to do sports.
My Spanish is unfortunately not that good yet, but I would love to use the time to learn Spanish.
I would appreciate meeting people who share the same interests and are open to deep conversations.
In general, I am open to learning new things that I don't know yet.
Through the experience at your place I would like to enrich not only my personal skills but also my personality and gain new interests and horizons.

Que habilidades tienes?

I will be working with children and young adults who are socially disadvantaged. These are pupils with disabilities, pupils with mental illnesses or children whose parents are not able to support their children in school matters. It is important to me in my work to give these children a place at school where they feel comfortable and to build up a relationship of trust.
I am not afraid of the work and am always willing to learn new skills and expand my knowledge.

I have already worked in the following jobs: Service staff at various events, trainer in a gym, temporary help in customer service, temporary help on the farm (working in the stable, field work, working in the forest), teacher for maths and sports in a secondary school in Uganda, teacher in a school for children with special needs in Germany
