Hello, I am Zena.
I am particularly interested to learn how to be as independent as possible. This include my particular interest for everything related to permaculture: sinergic garden, use of upcycling materials to build, and learning about obtaining clean energy from sun, wind, water and trash. Indeed my goal is to collect experiences in families and communities who strive to be self-sufficienty and who live off-grid. I would love to learn more about plants and their healing properties.
I am interested in other topics such as yoga and mindfulness.
I really like cooking (only vegan) for others, it is my way to take care of others and to show gratitude. It is also one of my interests to learn more about raw vegan food.

I like to learn new languages because I think it is a good way to keep my mind trained and also because I think learning a language is a good way to know places where it is spoken, thus to learn more about those places' cultures.
