Hi there! Me and my friend Vivvi will be traveling trough Spain for an indefinite amount of time starting in January. Mostly together, but also on our own. I'm a completely new Workawayer and got so happy when I found out about this since it allows me to travel on a budget for a longer time and it also seems like a perfect way to meet new people. I just graduated from school, am working a lot (in a second hand store and as a barista), and couldn't be more excited to escape the Swedish winter in a few months! I'm an outgoing person that likes to live in a fast pace and to have lot of things going on at the same time.
I'm a huge dog-person and l love animals in general. Whenever I have a few days off I want to spend them hiking. Just walking and walking until my legs fall off haha. Other then that I like to read, experiment with fashion and to start new creative projects that I rarely finish. For example I write, paint, crochet etc.
We would like to experience pretty much everything on this trip and are open for all kinds of adventures! I want to improve my Spanish, meet lots of new people, learn about other cultures, hike, swim, just do regular tourist stuff...yeah the list could go on and on :). I've also volunteered before so I know what it's about and am comfortable with lots of different tasks. Let's get started!Idiomas

I've studied Spanish for six years but my speaking skills is unfortunately quite shaky. Therefore- I'd love to get better while traveling. English is not my native language but I'd say I'm close to fluent in it and could talk could definitely help out if someone wants to improve their skills. I'd also love to teach you Swedish is that is of any interest.Habilidades y conocimientos que quiero compartir o aprender

I have more than two years of experience working in a store and therefore I am more than comfortable with anything related to customer service if that becomes relevant. Ever since my early teens I've been babysitting kids in all ages 0-11, and since I have two younger siblings I know what it's about taking care of kids. I also have a dog (a flatcoated retriever) and are absolutely crazy about all kinds of dogs! Since I've been cat sitting a lot and adore cats as well I'd love to work with them and all kinds of animals as well.
Other than that I studied Spanish for six years in elementary- and high school. In my opinion I understand and read in Spanish quite well, and I am able to speak some, but I really want to improve my talking skills during this trip. I'm fluent in English, and of course Swedish and would love to exchange my languages. Overall, I view myself as an very adaptable person. I'm good at adapting to new situations, wants to learn new things and if something feels difficult I'm not the one to give up in the first place. I've volunteered at the Roskilde festival for two years in a row. Last year as a guard and the year before that with sorting disposable cans. Since I survived 32 hours of counting half empty beer- and soda cans by hand, with only some danish bread in my stomach and on absolutely no sleep- I'm confident that I can do pretty much anything.Edad
