Actividades que nos interesan:

After 6 months of travelling from Bolivia down to Tierra del Fuego we are now in Uruguay. Next stop: Brazil. We are always happy to find interesting projects around community work, art and movement.

Descripción

Svenja is a quiet, friendly, social and loving person.

She is originally a documentary film maker with skills in concept writing, funding, dramaturgy and storytelling, camera work and editing. She is also a project manager and coach. At the moment she works mostly in social projects and does life and business coaching. As a workshop facilitator she teaches workshops in Design Thinking, Life Design, creative thinking, movement, communication and co-working skills. She helped renovating an old factory in Berlin and worked on a construction site in Argentina.

René is a calm, funny, empathetic, spiritual and physical active person.

For the last two years he was working with refugee kids from Afghanistan and Ukraine as well a personal trainer and massage therapist. He has a strong interest in cultivating a holistic life practice and would love to learn more about healing methods like Reiki. He has a passion for all things with movement - animal movements/locomotion/gymnastics/martial arts but especially for the sport of Muay Thai. He loves to learn new skills while challenging mind and body. He is an outdoor person by heart and he loved to see his grandpa from Georgia gardening when he was a child. He wants to learn more about growing plants and building and working with earth and wood.

Svenja also dances and used to teach Tango, plays guitar and sews. She loves to read, meditate, does yoga, spends time outdoors, works hard, loves deep conversations, loves chopping wood and especially loves to dance and laugh.

Both lived many years as a couple in a shared flat with other adults and two kids with an artistic family community in Berlin.

On our trips we always try to take it on land and not by airplane if possible.

  Since beginning of 2024 we have started an alcaline diet. We do without coffee, alcohol and most animal products such as meet and dairy. It is mostly a vegan diet and we both love cooking and experimenting with helathy recipes and ingredients.
