I am Robyn, an 18 year old from Stanford, South Africa/Mozambique. As a naturally welcoming individual, I thrive on meeting new people and embracing the joy of learning. My family and friends hold a special place in my heart, bringing so much happiness to my life. With a strong work ethic, resilience, and kindness, I tackle challenges head-on. Helping others and seeking new experiences are my passions, and I find solace in the great outdoors. One of my favourite hobbies is especially that of cooking. Having attended a boarding school, I have learnt to be independent and love working in a team. Join me on this incredible journey of connection and growth!

I, Robyn, spent most of my childhood in Mozambique where I learnt Portuguese before going to boarding school in South Africa where I learnt Afrikaans. Due to my upbringing, and exposure to different languages, I am able to pick up languages easily and am very interested in learning new languages. I, Mark, grew up in South Africa and therefore have been exposed to more African languages, namely Afrikaans and isiXhosa, however I am excited at the prospect of being exposed to more foreign languages in coming years.

We possess a diverse range of skills that have shaped us into a well-rounded individuals. In terms of group living and cooperation, we are able to create a harmonious environment where open communication, compromise, and mutual respect flourish. Our community engagement efforts, including painting walls and gardening, have been recognised with a Gold President's Award. Through active participation in team sports, we have honed our ability to collaborate, communicate, and work towards shared goals. Additionally, our experience with Airbnb has equipped us with the skills to efficiently change linen and ensure a comfortable space for guests. Alongside this, I, Robyn, am a qualified Pilates and Spinning (Indoor Cycling) instructor.
