I am a 21 years old soon-to-be graduate from Northeastern University in Boston where I studied business and sustainability. Last year, I studied abroad in Thailand and Denmark and had the chance to backpack around South East Asia and Northern Europe via workaway programs and tour groups. I fell in love with exploring new places, meeting new people, and learning about different languages and cultures. I am interested in further cultural exploration, environmentally-conscious living & promoting mindfulness.

Once I began traveling, I discovered that I want to be more than just a tourist - I want to get to know the residents of the places I visit and learn from them what it means to live within their community. There is truly nothing more rewarding and exciting to me than learning and growing! The relationships I've formed with people through Workaway have added so much to my life and I love staying in contact to follow along on everyone's journeys. I hope to continue these unique travel and work experiences now that I am done with university, and I hope I can provide help to your project in any way I can.

Yes! I fell in love with learning the Thai language while studying in Bangkok and have been continuing with weekly lessons for over a year now. I am also learning German and Arabic, and brushing up on my French, which I studied in high school.

I am first and foremost a very enthusiastic person who jumps at any and all opportunities for growth and learning. I recently volunteered on an organic farm in Thailand and discovered my passion for working with plants and animals. I feel most connected to nature and myself when on a farm. I am hard-working and responsible. I have stamina and will be able to work outdoors for multiple hours at a time.

I am a people person; I love forming deep connections with everyone I meet and hope to learn about local customs and traditions with the hosts I work for.
