Yi Qing/ Pepi:
I am a creative, so I love to create works/ products/ services that encourage sustainability and drive meaningful social change! I am the most happy when everyone around me is empathetic and understanding- towards others and themselves. I am also extremely happy when I find out more about the people around me/ when I find out more about myself. My goal is to be a free bird and achieve peace!

Natalie:
I find so much joy in community service or being part of special projects that bring so much joy to people. Being around people who want to explore different perspectives, who have walked the earth, and have a genuine heart of wanting to help others motivates me to be a better person :") It also brings me so much joy knowing that I am able to share my stories and talk about the people who made an impact in my life, and somehow be part of someone else's story. I feel motivated when I see others being their best selves too, in that sense we are all growing together, separately yet together!

Que habilidades tienes?

Yi Qing/ Pepi:
- Communication skills: I have a lot of volunteering/ befriending experiences. I have volunteered as a befriender to people suffering from mental health issues, as well as a ground-up volunteer helping to write emails and letters to the respective ministries, organisations, companies and statutory boards on behalf of residents who need help.
- Teamwork: I have plenty of experience working in a team (I was in Floorball, a team sport, an outdoors club, as well as the leader of a Mental Health Organisation in Singapore) and I work well in a team. I can be both a follower and leader when the situation arises, and I love to collaborate with different people to gain different insights/ perspectives.
- Work Ethic: I would say I have quite a good/ strict work ethic such that I like to finish whatever work I need to do first, before playing!
- Optimistic and idealistic- I would say that I am generally a very optimistic/ idealistic individual who always likes to see the bright side/ the positive side to every situation. I always believe in the good/ the best in people, and I always seek to foster greater understanding amongst the people around me!
- Outdoor skills and adaptability: I was the Vice-President of my outdoor club for 4 years- I have skills in knot-tying, rockclimbing, kayaking and basic outdoor survival skills. I have been in many outdoor camps overseas, and this has allowed me to increase my adaptability.
About my friend, Nat: She is an extremely bubbly and open-minded person, always a quick-learner and always suspending judgement even when being met with new experiences/ situations that are unfamiliar to her! We have been friends for a really long time, and we collaborate/ understand each other very well : )

Natalie:
In terms of soft skills, I am a quick learner, and with my open-mindedness, I am open to learning and trying everything, and getting my hands dirty. I have a strong belief that first hand experiences will ground me and allow me to grow in terms of my resilience! I am also patient and inquisitive, and I understand that my mistakes can help my grow in my leadership skills. I am definitely someone who is outdoor-sy and love love nature! I love animals (being a pet owner myself!), so when it comes to animal care, I tend to be on the meticulous side. Though I have no experience in farm stay, I am willing to go beyond my job scope to experiment and learn from you all :) My friend and I have good coordination, and we bounce off each other's energies very well. We have also known each other for 12 years! and been through many life experiences with each other, we have a superb teamwork and we're so down to doing team projects and crafts at the farm too. Most importantly, we are two very dedicated people who enjoy learning and working on our weaknesses, while being understanding about those around us!

- I love to do animation- I am currently learning 3D animation! I have experience in 2D animation
- I am currently studying Design and Tech in Parsons School of Design, New York!
- I love baking! I ran an online/ Instagram bakery business for 1 year in Singapore (I managed it all by myself!). I am super keen on baking some goods for you guys!- Check out @pepibakes on Instagram!
- I love everything tofu hahaha
- I am quite into health and fitness!
- I love the outdoors, and I would say I am a very adventurous person. I love exploring new places and people.
- I love anything to do with design/ art/ anything creative
- I love meeting new people- I think humans are extremely interesting, and I gain so much insight from everyone I meet. Extremely excited to meet everyone there!

Natalie:
I just wanted to mention that I am a photographer! And I used to have a small portraits and pre-wedding/ couples photography business before going to college! I am still doing photography, though it is just a simple hobby now. I have been interested in videography and photography since senior year of high school, and have been addicted since! I know quite a bit about film photography, as well as the types of lens and cameras all around (as you can tell i am a film nerd!). I would love to take photos for you guys at the farm, or just a day to day life photos :) You can check out my Instagram page at @canyoufeelmyjoy!!!!!
Also on a side note, I am also someone adventurous, I LOVEEE running and I am proficient in boxing/karate as well if you ever want to learn some moves~ I love doing a lot of sports such as badminton, volleyball and dodgeball! I will be down to learning new sports as well!
