We are retired music teachers in our 60’s. We have lived in the US for a number of years teaching music to children as well as training teachers in the Suzuki method. In Israel we taught in Waldorf schools including conducting choirs and musicals. As violinist and pianist we held joint programs for Arab and Jewish children.
We have a passion for gardening and built a permaculture vegetable garden complete with a grapevine hovering over the fishpond and a compost.
We feel quite cosmopolitan as our travels have taken us to many different countries and cultures such as Japan , India ,Tanzania, England, Peru and more.
Our son is an environmental engineer and our daughter an occupational therapist, both dedicated to making the world a better place.
Fit energetic and nature lovers we are open to learning new things, meeting people and contributing.

Wonderful guests and very helpful. They did a huge garlic project and lots of weeding. They also prepared pears for dehydrating and juicing. Lily helped Heron with guitar questions and Heron was very appreciative for Lily's music expertise. Moshe is a true gardener and knows his stuff. We had a wonderful experience on Suzy and Rod’s farm. It is a small farm located in the most beautiful location. They showed us around the area including the private beach where we saw a seal. Warm and friendly, we felt completely at home. There are a variety of tasks and we chose to do gardening and feeding the chickens. We enjoyed the work and… read more
