Hello! My name is Molly. I would say my largest motivator is genuine community relationships and connections. I grew up in a small small town in the USA, with that we were all one big family with the constant presence of support and love. This has shaped me to seek out similar emotions and relations on any endeavor I may set out on. I find myself in a perpetual state of flow, whether that is with traveling, dancing, being in nature, or simply a state of mind. With that, I've found myself in a multitude of different job positions, both stagnant and traveling. I am eternally grateful for my experiences and for what they've shaped me into.

I have been exposed to the world of travel at an early age by my wanderlust parents. We were always off on a new adventure and with that i caught the travel bug young. I would say my most impressionable experience has been living in a van traveling the US with various vendors and odd jobs touring with the Grateful Dead. This experience has not only taught me love and gratitude but also resilience and determination. Im quick to pick up new skills and tasks and always welcome them with an open mind.

My happiness is derived from helping others, whether that is on a larger scale or ones rather mundane I always find myself most fulfilled when i have brought joy or happiness to someone else.

I have been exposed to a variety of skillsets since a very young age. I grew up on an organic herb, annual, and perennial farm. I learned how to cultivate crops both inside greenhouses and outside in a field. I became the head of cultivation for our hemp crop in 2019, with that I've learned how manage a team of people, navigate difficult situations and decisions, and cultivate a successful crop following organic certifications and regulations. Within my agriculture experience I've also helped out on permaculture farms on the North Shore of Oahu Hawaii. Through that I've learned traditional practices and developed a grater appreciation and understanding of the land.
Another skill I've honed throughout my childhood is house painting. Ive been working within our family house painting company for 6 or 7 years. Im incredibly grateful to have had access to this practice at such a young age. Ive developed the capability to lead my own contracts and have a team of co workers who act under my direction. Independently I find myself capable to start and complete a project without too much need for guidance or assistance.
Ive had experience babysitting and working with kids. Ive helped out in after school youth programs with elementary level students. I've additionally gotten my certification for baby sitting and all included training for adequate health and emergency responses.
Ive worked in sales and interpersonal relations and have gained an incredible ability to talk to anyone and everyone, managing other peoples requests and desires with grace and a positive attitude id one of my greatest skills I've gained.

Ive been exposed to a variety of skills such as carpentry, demolition, restaurant work/ serving and many more side jobs. Im always excited to learn new skill sets and I'm happy to welcome them with an open mind and positivity, I pick up task quickly and will never back down from the feeling of uncertainty when it comes to new jobs .
