Hi! My name is Mallory Aromando, I am a film student living in New York City, and I am 20 years old. Growing up in a small surf town on the southern coast of Maine, I have forged a profound connection to the ocean, and the life that inhabits it. Fueled by this connection, I've become a staunch advocate for sustainability. From reducing single-use plastics to supporting local eco-friendly initiatives, I'm committed to making a positive impact wherever I go. In addition to my love for the ocean and sustainability, I'm also deeply passionate about filmmaking. I seek to capture the raw, unfiltered essence of nature. I'm eager to combine my love for the ocean, sustainability, and film to create meaningful experiences and lasting change!

My skills include cooking, cleaning, garden/farm work, tutoring, videography, general maintenance and other household needs. I have been working at my family business my whole life, as well as working in restaurants since I was 14. also have experience in environmental conservation, participating in numerous beach clean-ups, tree planting initiatives, and advocating for an increase in sustainable practices in my home town of Ogunquit, Maine. I'm well-versed in sustainable living practices, from composting and water conservation to promoting renewable energy and zero-waste lifestyles.
