Hi there! Lauren here. I am a naturalist living in the green mountains of Vermont, USA. I have always felt deeply connected to the natural world and am fostering a reawakened spiritual practice. I am happiest in wild spaces, walking or hiking in the forest or mountains, and by bodies of water. I am currently on a sabbatical, and navigating a career shift from the culinary world where I was a chef for 10 years. I am feeling called to reconnect to and be a steward of the land as a means of preserving natural spaces and cultivating a more sustainable lifestyle for myself and community.

For the past 9 years, I have owned and operated a small organic and locally-focused food and beverage business. I have a great deal of experience with managing all things small business related and consider myself very adaptable and calm. I have excellent knife skills and love working with food. I also love to garden (flowers and veggies) and maintain outdoor spaces. I am very handy, as I learned from my father who is a master carpenter and woodworker.
