Hello potential hosts!
I am three years into a very random traveling tale. Along the way I have garnered some permaculture and animal minding experience from WA projects in the Mediterranean, skills in remedial Thai massage and competence in administrative work in a humanitarian context. I have basic woodwork and cob building experience and slowly a growing knowledge of herbal medicines. I love to cook!
I'm not quite sure what comes next, but I am so grateful to each host and friend; to pour into each other, share skills and learn together about authentic human relationships and how life is not something a corporation or government manufactures.
When being hosted, I understand and take seriously that you are inviting me into your home and need my help with your projects. I think there is a bit of an an ancient art to traveling and respecting people's ways of doing things, and I value learning this way of being. I genuinely desire a WORK exchange, not a free holiday, and the opportunity to really know you.
I am a calm, grounded presence and I love music, good company and the great outdoors. I play a bit of piano and like to write.

- 8 months experience at 5-star Bhutra Spa, Thai Massage Cessnock (Hunter Valley, NSW)
- 2 months experience at 5-star Intuitive Massage (Airlie Beach, Queensland)
- qualifications from 'The Fine Art of Thai Massage' and 'Sunshine Massage School' in Chiang Mai, Thailand
On an organic farm or permaculture project:
- gardening from seed to harvest
- planting and marking trees
- packing produce for market
- preparing raised beds for planting (no-till)
- transplanting seedlings
In an office:
- maintaining the physical and electronic dossiers of up to 40 people
- receiving and processing applications, liasing between responsible departments
- registering volunteers with relevant authorities and preparing end of stay documents, including resumes
- receptonist for laundry, barbering and tailoring services in multilingual context
As a nanny:
- care of children ranging in age from 3 months to 6 years
- diaper changing, tummy time, bottle feeding
As a housekeeper:
- cleaning rooms to a 5-star standard at hotels, BnBs and hostels
