Hello! I'm Kayleigh, early thirties solo traveler taking Europe by storm in the Fall of 2022. I am pushing 'pause' on my healthcare career in the United State to explore the wonders of Europe.

I grew up in the Southeast United States and have lived in 6 states stretching from coast to coast. I currently reside in the charming city of Charleston, South Carolina. I look forward to exploring international culture, learning new skills and traveling slowly.

I enjoy the company of people just as much as I enjoy my alone time, which is why solo travel is the perfect balance for me. I will help with your needs if you help me learn about you and take away a little more from this journey! Thank you for considering me as your next WA!

I have worked in healthcare the last 10 years which has involved a lot of patient interaction, computer skills and communication: I am very social and have no problem creating conversations

I have also worked part-time as a dog walker/sitter the last 5 years and have 2 cats of my own, I am fully trustworthy and capable with animals of all kinds :)

I was taught the importance of cooking at a very young age and the culture diversity of our meals is one thing I look forward to sharing as a WA

I am very active and would not mind manual labor if needed as long as you are willing to teach me!

I am easy to get along with and enjoy learning about new cultures. I am slow traveling for an undetermined amount of time and working (part-time) remotely which means my dates can be pretty flexible. I do need good internet service or local cafe that does for maybe 2 hours per day.

It was a joy to be hosted by Fergus, Petro, Annie and King Wolfie. I work mostly on my computer to it was a nice change to participate in manual tasks for 3 weeks. I worked with the sanctuary and all the incredible people behind this foundation and clinic for 3 weeks. To be able to engage with the dogs (and some cats!) and work alongside the vets and staff was very rewarding. Those people are angels and doing great things for these animals in Sattahip. I'm lucky to have been a small part of it!
