I am a woman who loves to meet people and try new things! I'm known for my positive attitude and my smiley, warm personality. I love cozy and creative activities like crafting, knitting, crocheting and sewing. My favourite part of travelling to different countries is learning about the culture- I particularly love the arts, culture, food, and architecture. I have never participated in Workaway before but I hope it will open up an opportunity to explore areas I didn't think to explore and meet new people.

I am tech-savvy. I have a computer engineering degree and am my family's go-to tech support person.

I grew up on a farm and have some experience doing maintenance jobs like painting and building repairs. I also used to help my mother out in her garden with weeding, planting and watering.

I love working with people! I volunteer at a children's summer camp every summer and I love the activities there! I work well with children, especially teens.

I'm helpful around the house and DIY- I love to bake and make some tasty cakes and other treats. I am also good at cleaning, organizing and home maintenance.

My hobbies include knitting, crochet and sewing and I have become quite skilled at all of those tasks. I have even taught many of my friends those skills as well! I am also very open to learning new skills and I catch on fast!

I love playing games, especially card games! I really enjoy spelling and trivia games as well as puzzles and strategy games!

I have recently been interested in more physical activities like running and hiking. I also enjoy badminton, pickleball, bowling and yard games.
