I have worked in Human Services for 20 years, facilitating numerous life/employment skills workshops for women and youth.

I currently work as an Office Administrator and am well versed in Microsoft Office Suite. I can help with financial literacy and planning as a big part of my job is managing budgets.

I am also a certified Yoga Instructor and would love to share this passion by teaching some classes and/or mentoring someone to learn the basics so they can continue to teach in the community.

I have a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition and can offer some help and understanding around healthy meal options.
