Hello, my name is Hana, and I am 24 years old from Taiwan. My native language is Chinese, and I am also capable of daily conversations in English and Japanese. I am currently on a working holiday in Japan and recently completed a job at a strawberry farm in Aichi Prefecture. I am now helping with housekeeping at a lodge in Gunma. I am cheerful, outgoing, and approachable, and I enjoy making friends and traveling. In my work, I am diligent and responsible. I hold both a bachelor's and a master's degree in horticulture and landscape architecture, and I am always eager to share my knowledge in these fields.

After completing my master’s degree, I decided to embark on a journey abroad to broaden my international perspective and to learn about the ways of thinking and values of people from different countries through cultural exchange. I am particularly fond of Japan's culture and landscape, which is why I chose to have my working holiday here.

In Taiwan, I have experience in various garden maintenance tasks. During my working holiday in Japan, besides working on strawberry harvesting, plant maintenance, seasonal greenhouse work, pest control, and grading and packaging, I also gained valuable experience by working with Japanese gardeners to trim and maintain traditional Japanese gardens.

I have also worked as a breakfast maker in a breakfast shop and as a server in a chain restaurant in Taiwan. I am currently learning professional Japanese customer service terminology online. Besides traveling, I have a strong interest in cooking, baking, and hand-brewing coffee. I also enjoy drawing illustrations on Procreate, photography, and video editing, and I love to record and share my experiences.

こんにちは、台湾出身のHanaと申します。24歳です。母語は中国語で、英語と日本語の日常会話もできます。現在、日本でワーキングホリデー中で、最近、愛知県のいちご農場での仕事を終えました。今は群馬の旅館で客室清掃を手伝っています。私は明るくて活発な性格で、人と接するのが好きです。友達作りや旅行が好きで、仕事では細やかで責任感があります。大学と大学院では園芸と景観学を専攻し、これらの分野に関する知識を共有することを楽しんでいます。

修士課程を修了後、国際的な視野を広げるため、また異なる国の人々の考え方や価値観を知るために、自分で海外旅行を計画しました。特に日本の文化や風景が好きなので、日本でのワーキングホリデーを選びました。

台湾では庭園の維持管理の経験があり、日本でのワーキングホリデー期間中には、いちごの収穫や植物の管理、温室の季節交代作業、害虫防除、仕分けと包装などの作業に加えて、日本の庭師と一緒に日本庭園の剪定や維持管理を行い、豊富な経験を積んできました。

また、台湾では朝食店での朝食調理スタッフや、飲食チェーン店での接客スタッフとして働いた経験があります。現在は、オンラインで日本の接客に関する専門用語を学んでいます。旅行のほか、料理、焼き菓子作り、ハンドドリップコーヒーにも強い関心があり、Procreateを使ったイラスト制作、写真撮影、動画編集も楽しんでいます。自分の見たことや体験したことを記録し、共有するのが好きです。

Horticultural Experience:

I have experience as an instructor teaching high school students the basics of indoor plant care, guiding them on how to properly care for plants. Additionally, I served as a horticultural workshop instructor, teaching university students how to design and create their own Kokedama. I also organized horticultural activities at a long-term care facility, where I helped elderly residents interact with plants to promote physical flexibility and independent thinking.

Baking, Cooking, and Coffee Experience:

In Taiwan, I worked in a breakfast shop where I prepared and delivered breakfast. I am passionate about cooking and regularly prepare my own meals. I have even sold homemade healthy lunchboxes to health-conscious friends. Recently, I developed a keen interest in bread-making and have learned a lot about yeast fermentation. I also enjoy starting my mornings with black coffee and have taken courses on hand-brewed coffee. I am particularly interested in how temperature, water flow, and speed affect the flavor, and I continue to deepen my knowledge in this area.

園芸経験

室内植物の基礎的なケアを教える講師として、高校生に植物の基本的な世話の方法を指導した経験があります。また、苔球のデザインと制作を教える園芸ワークショップの講師も務め、大学生と一緒に自分だけの苔球を作り上げました。さらに、長期介護施設で園芸活動を開催し、高齢者の皆さんが植物と触れ合うことで、身体の柔軟性や自主的な思考力を促進するお手伝いもしました。

烘焙、料理、コーヒーに関する経験

台湾では朝食店での朝食作りや配達の仕事を経験しました。料理が大好きで、日常的に自分で食事を作っています。健康志向の友人に手作りの健康ランチボックスを販売したこともあります。最近は特にパン作りに興味を持ち、酵母発酵について多くの知識を学びました。

朝にはブラックコーヒーを楽しむのが好きで、ハンドドリップコーヒーの関連コースを受講しました。コーヒーの温度変化や水の流量、速度が風味に与える影響について非常に興味を持ち、日常的にこの分野の知識を深めています。
