✨Hello everyone!✨
We are a couple, 30 and 34 years old: I (Giulia) am Italian, and Germán is Italo-Argentinian. We speak Spanish fluently and have been living in Berlin for several years.
We will be traveling in Colombia for a few months and are looking for Workaway experiences because we love feeling useful in the places we visit. We are both sociable and open-minded people, and one of the main reasons for this journey is our desire to meet new people, share experiences, and learn from our hosts.
I (Germán) love being in nature and consider myself a very versatile person. Currently, I work with a group of friends managing a food truck that we take across Europe, participating in events and festivals surrounded by nature. I enjoy working in a team and have good skills in carpentry and manual work. In the past, I dedicated myself to graffiti and tattooing, and I am also a great cook. I speak Spanish and Italian as native languages, have basic knowledge of English, and am learning German.
I (Giulia) love nature, literature, and listening to people’s stories. In Berlin, I work at a hostel, where I am part of a wonderful and close-knit team. I have already had several Workaway experiences in the past, one of which led me to move to Berlin five years ago. In Spain, I participated in permaculture projects, and I am excited to be part of community initiatives in Colombia that promote environmental respect. Germán has taught me a lot about manual work and carpentry; I learn quickly and am happy to help wherever needed. I speak Italian, Spanish, English, and German fluently.
We have both been sober for several years, which allows us to live life with greater awareness and to be more present in our emotions and relationships.
Although we are traveling as a couple, we are independent individuals who respect each other’s personal journeys and freedom. Our relationship is based on balance and maturity, allowing us to fully embrace both shared and individual experiences. For us, traveling is also an opportunity to meet new people, share emotions, projects, and moments of personal and collective growth.
