Hi there! I am a teacher from Canada who loves travel, mostly to meet new people. I love learning about cultures that are different from my own and I have always been interested in learning more about Asian culture. My love of learning started at a young age and has continued into adulthood. I am looking to work abroad and learn along the way. I eventually would like to teach in Asia. I hope to meet people and help get my foot in the door. I am an energetic and talkative person. I find it easy to meet people and make lasting relationships along my travels.
I am 33 years old and very active. I enjoy hiking, yoga, fitness and working out. I coach volleyball as well. I'm also very artistic and enjoy music, painting, drawing, coloring. I like working front desk reception and getting to know the people who come to the hostel.

I am super chatty and easy to get along with. I love meeting new people and I consider myself to be an open minded person who is interested in new philosophies and ideologies. I am also very patient (comes with being an elementary level teacher). I am responsible and organized. English is my first language, so I am able to help customers who also speak in English. I am really open to learning!
I have three years experience teaching primary children. I have worked 7+ years in hospitality as both a server and bartender. I have experience as receptionist in the hostel. I own a laptop and I am good with computer stuff. I usually incorporate lots of technology into my classroom. I can also cook and clean. I have experience working in a hotel as a cleaning lady.
