around 4 years of kitchen experience, from mopping and cleaning to managing a small cafe on my own. commis chef, head chef at the small artisanal burger kitchen...
building skills:
can do welding (mig welding and stick welding, build a proper metal roof structure), been a maintenance manager (from fixing a plumbing to simple electric problems)
carpentry (built my own workshop, making furniture to my friends)
gardening and farming skills:
have my own garden, was clearing jungle forest for future planting in Mexico, planted up to 20,000 trees in New Zealand, for a month was looking after horses in Morocco, have built many garden beds, passed irrigation systems.
communication skills:
Have been a manager of two hostels and a cafe-bar, fluent in English, Spanish, Russian and Lithuanian,basics of Polish
