I'm Sarah, I am a nerd for this Earth. Find me petting every stray cat and stopping to admire every flower I pass by. They say a naturalist is the slowest moving creature, and I tend to agree. I love to engage in thoughtful listening and conversation. I enjoy connecting with myself and others through artistic & meditative practice, and very much through play. This world has a lot of suffering, pain, and heartache at this time, it is important that we don't forget to laugh amidst it all. My goal is to lead a life of authenticity in which I employ these ways of being in co-creative avenues, to help to build the changes I wish to see in the world.
