my name is Patrick, and I'm 64 years young.
formerly an engineer in interesting places, now on life's spiritual journey at this tender age.
fair bit experience as a handyman/fixer and DIY, gardening and outside tasks
reasonably fit and active, can join yoga and offer a guided meditation
fond of animals, and like being in nature
like company and good conversation, and also need to spend time with self pottering away
enjoy cooking and sharing
like to chat about many things; history, science, the cosmos, pagan, alchemy and the likes
