I love to live in new places for a long enough experience that I can get a better understanding of its time and flow, what it really feels like to live there. I value having an opportunity to work on a project in a place and become a part of a small community, while finding a balance of work/discovery/enjoyment. I'm a DIY home-owner and an artist. I'm a decent cook, a photographer, a gardener. I love music and finding experiences/places that instill a sense of awe. I'm a mediocre surfer and a semi-skilled carpenter. And maybe a little more :)

I am looking to experience places and interact with people who have different world views, which is the best way I have found to learn and grow. I don't drink, but I can hang out with people enjoying a drink. Being near water (a lake or an ocean) makes my life much better.
