I love being close to nature and connecting through movement, whether that's through hiking, trail running, swimming, yoga, free diving, scuba diving... if it's a way of connecting to a new ecosystem I'll try it.
I am both an extrovert and an introvert, I enjoy connecting with people, sharing, and learning about different cultures! But also appreciate solitude and silence, and love to travel solo.
I consider myself an environmentalist and make a great effort to live a life that aligns with my values. I am vegan and have lived a plastic-free lifestyle for four years now. It stems from my deep love for the Earth and all living beings in it.
I studied Psychology in university and focused in the study of consciousness from a neuroscientific and philosophical perspective. I am now studying a Masters in Philosophy in Dublin, Ireland.
I have also worked as a hiking/trail running guide, an operations and project manager, a Science teacher for children, and English teacher, and a Spanish-English translator.
I have volunteered for many years in different sectors, with NGO's such as TECHO in Mexico and Dominican Republic, Merazonia in the amazonian Ecuador and International Animal Rescue in Borneo, Indonesia.

I am very active and have a good level of fitness, so can help out with physical chores. I also enjoy cooking vegan/vegetarian meals.
I also have experience working with children, I taught elementary level Science and English to young children. I have experience babysitting.
