Hi there! My name's Amelia and I come from Italy. I would describe myself as an easygoing and adventurous type of person. In my free time I like meeting new people, gaining experience in different fields of interest and of course traveling and learning about different cultures! My main areas of interest regard tourism, art, music, sociology and psychology. I come from a village in the north of Italy and that has given me great passion for nature and animals.

I have lived and worked in Spain for 1 year and the UK for the past 3 years, gaining experience as a Marketing Manager.

I have decided to take a leap of faith and move to Australia to see what life is like over there and experience volunteering and working in farms and eco-projects

Que habilidades tienes?

Organised but also flexible. I like to plan, but I am also aware that there can be last minute changes and I like the challenge of arranging things differently at the last moment.

I am bilingual in Italian and English and I'm hoping to improve my language skills in German and Spanish.

As I have already mentioned, I am particularly intrested in art and I myself take pleasure in activities such as drawing, photography (including editing) and music. I play the harp and I have composed some experimental music in the past, although recently I've been more into drawing and photography.
It would be nice to take lots of pictures of my workaway experience and help out with websites by uploading new pictures and helping with the communication side. In fact, right now I am currently studying Communication and Media for Creative Industries in Parma, and I'm hoping to gain some experience in this area, in tourism and event management.

I also have experience as a waitress in England (3 months), as a secretary in a private language school, as Cambridge English Exam Invigiltator in Italy, and as hostess for several trade fairs that take place in the city where I live.
