Hey there, I'm Tim – a laid-back farmhand turning self-sustainability enthusiast.
My journey began with tractors and equipment, but I've found my true passion in embracing a simpler, more sustainable way of life.
Looking to learn more abouth the sustainable life and fint a good place to start on my own.
Calm and solution-oriented by nature, I've always been the one to find a way when others hit a roadblock.
When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring new places – whether it's hiking in the great outdoors or capturing moments through my camera lens.
Gardening is my therapy, and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty as a handyman around the house. Though, I'll admit, the small details sometimes escape me.
As long it works im happy.
Lately, I've been chasing a dream of becoming a stock photographer, freezing life's beauty in pixels. And if that wasn't enough, I'm documenting my journey on YouTube – follow along as I work my way towards an epic road trip to South Africa in my trusty van.
Life's an adventure, and I'm making every moment count. Let's connect and share stories!"Intereses

I believe it's best if I explain what I've done, so you can draw conclusions about my capabilities. In 2006, I completed my agricultural high school in the Netherlands and moved to Norway with my parents, brother, sister, and her boyfriend(now husband). There, we transformed an old school building from 1982 into a guest accommodation (hotel).
Soon, financial constraints prompted me to look for a part-time job. Due to my education in the agricultural sector, I began milking cows at a summer farm in the mountains of Norway, which housed 200 dairy cows. It quickly transitioned into a full-time role. I pursued this for 5 years alongside renovating the old school building. Then, I left for Australia.
In Australia, I worked on farms in WA for two years, obtaining my truck and bus driving licenses. After two years I returned to Norway for a year. After a year of working in a supermarket, I decided to re-enter the agricultural sector, this time in Germany.
I worked for approximately 3 years for a large company in Germany with 3000 cows and 4000 hectares of land, also engaging in contract work. Following that, I worked for a contractor in Germany for another year. Afterward, I started working as a self-employed professional (freelancer) in the agricultural sector in Norway. I continue this work until today I hopefully depart for South Africa soon.
I'm on the cusp of a new adventure, one where I aim to learn how to be self-sustainable and determine the optimal place in the world for me to settle.Edad
