After working 35 years as an attorney in different organisations/companies I’m now enjoying my early retirement. I’m still full of energy and excitement about my life in the next few years and would love to meet different people and their culture in countries all over the world. I grew up in a German/Middle Eastern family with Persian roots and experienced from the very beginning of my childhood tolerance and curiosity for different cultures. I also travelled a lot with my now 25 year old daughter, because travel is still the best mode of learning.
Friends describe me as open minded, loyal and positive. My English is fluent and I can work my way through in French and Farsi.
My hobbies are music, bike riding (no mountains) and horseback riding.
Last year I had a little job in a warehouse helping out a friend and although it had nothing to do with my former profession I really loved my job and the familiar atmosphere and appreciation, I was getting for my engagement.
From 31st of January until the 31st of march 2023 I was in Marokko for my first workaway teaching English at a language school. I loved being with my students, adults, teenager and of course children. I had a great time in beautiful Marokko and I met so many nice reachers and workawayer from all over the world and even in my age. It was a great experience and I’ll certainly be back in Marokko next year. In may 2023 I spent on my second workaway in France, Normandy helping my host with his household and his garden. What an incredible beautiful landscape here in Normandy. I felt so blessed to be there.
April 24 : I spent my last 8 months between The Hague, Netherlands and Düsseldorf in Germany, two beautiful cities. Right now I’m learning Dutch and French. Last September I was a Volunteer at the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf where I met people from all over the world. In may I hope to be a workawayer in Georgia or Armenia.

I’m used to teamwork within big organizations. Creativity and problem-solving communication have always been part of my work ethic as well as empathy and understanding for my customers need. Internal and external customers appreciated my quick and understandable support as well as my enthusiasm and joy for my work. Respect and friendliness among colleagues and in a working environment are very important to me. I’m easily adapting to new working environment and I’m curious and open minded for new working experiences like in my present little job for a small family business (warehouse).
Besides my knowledge of German law, which I achieved at the university of Tübingen and during my working life, I have skills in knowledge management and office administration.
