Hello there!
I am a 25 year old danish girl who is currently living in Copenhagen where I study medicine. I am taking advantage of every studybreak and vacation for travelling and because of previous success with workaway I am now looking for new experiences.
A little about me; I love hiking and I spend a lot of my time in the nature whether it is in the water going surfing or in the mountains going camping. I would love to visit places I have not been before and combine the exploring with new acquaintances! What I like about workaway is that you not only get to explore the area of where you are staying but also get to participate in someones life for a period and I think a lot of great moments and experiences can come from that. There is nothing more special than the unexpected moments✨ Besides spending time on studying I value weekly workouts, surfing, swimming and if possible small concerts or other cultural activites!

I have been a coastal lifeguard for the past 5 years and are currently an instructor for new lifeguards. I do a lot of activities with lifeguarding and firstaid in general. Besides that I have a lot of experience with children whether it is as a substitute teacher or swimcoach. I have been a substitute teacher for one year and have had swimming lessons for people in varying ages from 1 to 58. At previous workaway stays I have developed the skill of cutting down trees if that can be of any help:))
I am fine with all different kinds of work tasks and I see myself as a Quick and eager learner:)

I stayed with Adrian for 2 weeks and I could have stayed so much longer! Adrian is such a good host. He is very considerate about his guests and you feel very much at home at his farm. Stine is calm, down to earth and fun to be with. Workwise she shows initiative and sees what´s needed to be done. Her experience is quite diverse and is always eager to learn more. I stayed with Maise and Terje for 10 days and I could easily have spent more time there. I loved being part of the tasks and everydaylife on the farm and on top of that there are a lot of beautiful things to see in Ulefoss and Maise was so sweet to take me on hikes and bikerides to see.

Stine is a great workawayer. She helped us a lot with different tasks, - painting, useing the chainsaw to take down old dead trees, helping with fencing, makeing great dinners, chopping firewood and more. She was also a good help when salting and drying a lot fo lambsmeat for sale. Thank you!

Stine came through a last minute arrangement and helped me for a little over a week.
She is hardworking and picks up new skills easily.
Most of the work she did here was limbing trees with a chainsaw.
Outside of work she is social and very easy to communicate with.
If you have the opportunity to host her i give my full recommendation.
